I know that you used to need 450 haste in order to successfully get off frostbolt + ice lance + ice lance in the duration of a deep freeze.
What I'm wondering is, what is the new amount now that 3.2 has hit and frostbolts are 2.3 second casts talented?

Well lets see!
2.3 Seconds + 1 sec GC for IC then another + 1 sec GC = 4.3 Secs which leaves you .7th of a second left on Deep Freeze.
It can be done if your quick.
