Battlelord's Plate Boots or Belt of the Titans?

I'm posting on behalf of a friend who doesn't really use forums.
She's looking to get either the
Battlelord's Plate Boots
or the
Belt of the Titans
crafted to replace either her
Iron Spring Jumpers
or
Flame-Bathed Steel Girdle
, respectively.
In her current gear (including 4.5 T7.5), she has 330 hit, so she's over the cap and can afford to lose some. She also has
Conquerer's Aegis Battleplate
(unequipped currently so she doesn't lose her 4P T7.5 bonus).
So, which item should she have crafted and why? Thanks in advance.

Both, they're near, if not, BiS for belt+boots.
But I'm going to go ahead and assume she doesn't want to drop insane amounts of gold on this, so I'd say belt. If she's lacking expertise (not too hard to imagine in Ulduar-25 gear) that will also help her in that area.
Not to mention a H Nexus belt is embarrassing :P.
They aren't even close to BiS.
PS. If shes lacking expertise, tell her to stand behind the mobs. Battlelord's Plate boots are a
DOWNGRADE
from Iron Spring Jumpers if you can find anything else with hit on it and replace it with str or ap.

If im not mistaking the bosses can still dodge
Believe you are right, however not being able to perry cute the usefulness of the rating down more so that you might as well just look for other stats. Its funny how just moving ones char behind a mob can change some BiS items in rank.
The hit on the boots are huge and leave alot of room for gear re-arrangement. If she cant find a way to drop a bunch of hit, though, the new boots, as you say, would only be a slight upgrade.
Definitely the belt :P
It's kinda a testimate to the itemization teams lack of understanding of classes that a +40int boot is in the top 2 for BiS for ret paladins.

THOU SHALL NOT LOOK AT THY ITEMS ONE BY ONE IF BiS IS THY GOAL, BUT TAKE THEM ALL INTO THY MIND.

Already using rawr and other spreadsheets for the basis of the weightings. We also already discussed hit-cap, the only thing that matters here. We dont need to see the rest of the gear, but if only to find out how much hit can be replaced by STR, thus yes, we already know what would be BiS.

3-5k gold for a slight boot upgrade is a bit froogle. And it may not even be an upgrade if she is gemming for hit.
