Just got into a new guild and am getting geared up, its not so great right now. I am aware of that but I have been improving, right now I can pull about 2k dps give or take. My main questions are what spec do you use (please dont post &*!@ty ones) and what skills rotations you use, just to compare to see if I am doing this right.
I also had a question about weapon mastery talent in arms spec, does this mean i only have to go to 6% hit rating to get capped because this will add 2% more, or do i even need this talent, because if it isnt adding total hit capped wouldnt it be better used somewhere els?
And if I start having rage problems what are ways to fix that in the future. Thanks for all the help from the community, discuss.
Thanks.

So.
Weapon Mastery does not add hit. It adds anti-dodge, which is like adding expertise. Hit =! expertise.
You need 8% hit, and 26 expertise. Weapon mastery helps for expertise, you need 115 rating with it (not sure how much expertise skill this translates into) and 181 rating without.
Here
is the spec I use for DPS. Notice I have 2/2 Weapon Mastery because I am not expertise capped. If you are, you can put those 2 points into 2/2 Imp. Execute and Juggernaut.
My priority list for skills is
- Rend
- Execute if Sudden Death procs
- Overpower
- Mortal Strike if rage > 45
- Slam
- Bladestorm whenever it comes off CD, even on one target. Remember to refresh Rend and use all your procs before you use Bladestorm.

I prefer the 55 / 8 / 8 spec. Gives me slightly more DPS and the improved TC also helps when having no warrior tank in the group. When raiding with my guild I usually have 2-3 fury or arms warriors with Commanding Presence in the raid so I don't need to spec for it.

Heroic Strike isn't normally used in an Arms spec though. Burning your white hit (your only real source of rage as arms) on heroic strikes is a bad idea.
