Also, is a suitable move for this class to quickly lay on hands a mage so he fills his mana up if he's running low? I'd love to be able to do that as a preist.
Yes, if you're damn sure you won't need LoH to heal later on in the fight, and you never really know when your tank is going to take a big, fast hit or a couple of hits thanks to RNG hating him/her. If you and your tank outgear the content, then fair enough LoH is basically a mana potion for anyone in the raid that needs it. I have to say though I personally will let mana-less DPS stand around wanding bosses rather than use LoH on them no matter how in control I feel. Also, Glyph of Divinity DOES double the mana you get from LoH if you use it on yourself. So if my choices are a) mana for a dps that needs it b) double that amount of mana for a healer that needs it or c) a giant, instant heal on the tank with a buff to their ability to take damage (if you take the talent) and mana for a healer that needs it, I would never ever pick a) unless I was sure b) or c) were never going to be useful throughout a fight.
Otherwise I have to agree with skottskadad. If you go prot, you have to take Divine Sacrifice, and if you go ret, you need to take that 8% crit. And you have to pick one, because after 51 or 52 talents in holy there's really nothing left that's too useful for raiding.
I also notice you're missing out on JotP (15% haste on judgements), which is a fantastic and basically mandatory talent. Lacking that makes Enlightened Judgements (30 yards more range, 4% hit chance) a fairly pointless talent, unless your raid absolutely needs you to keep a judgement up constantly but you can't afford to be within 10 yards of the target (which is quite a concievable circumstance, so come to think of it I'll admit EJ might be useful without JotP, but I still wouldn't ever raid without JotP regardless).
You've taken Blessed life, which is PvP, and Purifying Power, which is for... leveling as far as I can tell. Obviously lower CD on damage spells isn't useful, and you could spam cleanse all day without running out of mana with or without that talent, but you would never spam cleanse all day anyways.
Edit: Plus one minor point. You have glyph of SoL, and glyph of the wise. Fair enough paladin minors aren't anything to write home about, but they're mutually exclusive glyphs. I'd take the minor that makes BoW last longer without reagents; occasionally you'll have to bless something else on the raid's paladins but BoW yourself for some bizarre reason. Obviously you could also change glyph of SoL with SoW if you find you have mana problems. But if you've been a healer for quite a while, I doubt you will once you get the hang of paladins.

well, I personally like doing deep into the ret tree for the extra crit. Even though the amount of mana being returned from crits is getting cut in half in the next patch, it's no reason for us to stop stacking crit rating.
Also, judgements of the pure is a must have. The 15% haste is godly. And by throwing a judgement of light on a boss from a safe distance you'll see little heals popping up ALL THE TIME from the dps hitting the boss. On ten man patchwerk I usually see about seven to eight heals of about 300 pop up each
second
as long as I have my judgement up.

Almost any holy pally spec, or pally spec in general, with Divinity is trash, it helps you with one thing, overheals. Same goes for glyph of Seal of Light, Seal of wisdom beats it out every time.
Use this up until ulduar 10

P.S. I know i contradicted myself in this build, Divinity is simply filler.
WTB tidy links and links to wowhead calculator as it doesn't take 3 hours to load.
