1. create a profile on this site.....using your tank gear. That way, people can see what you are using, instead of you linking your wowarmory, because it saves whatever your logged out with (dps gear, pvp gear, etc)
2. Some of your frost spec talents appear more suited for pvp, than pve tanking. Chillbains, Hungering cold, Icy talons, etc......while you don't have Blood of the North.
This is more along the lines of what I use.....and pay attention to the glyphs also. I use Howling Blast as my AoE agro ability, and liberal use of DnD with the talented shorter CD and the glyph improving agro from damage.
3. Not sure about your equipment, since you logged out in some pvp/dps type gear and I can't see it. But you want to get your defensive cap, then work on hit cap, stamina, and strength. Crit isn't really a factor while tanking imho.
While trash fighting, I just go thru the regular target, Howling Blast, keep my DnD for any pats that may wander up (unless I am having trouble holding agro, in which I go ahead and use it), filter thru my mobs banging out some blood strikes, then oblits, then frost strikes.....and they should be dead.
On boss fights......I will probably not do a whole lot different, just use my unbreakable armor, deathchill, and try to build up max agro.
Make sure you are using your two often forgotten abilities, blood tap and empower rune weapon. A lot of DKs forget we even have those and don't take full benefit from them.
If any uber experienced tanks want to correct or add to my advice (Lynri =)) have at it. I am far from a pro.....but this seems to work for my non-uber self.
good luck
