It really depends on what you enjoy playing the most, and what you think
you're going to get the most out of in the end once you reach the level cap.
Rogues are immensely easy to level compared to other classes, while
priests are arguably one of the hardest. Shamans and rogues are pretty
much on par with each other, since it all evens out in the long run as you
level up.
I'm not sure of what you're trying to imply with being bored with your Balance
druid, but it will most certainly effect what class you'll be satisfied the most with.
Like Balance druids, both priests and shamans are casters. Elemental shamans
have a rotation that yields a slight similarity to that of a Moonkin's, while a Shadow
priest's rotation involves a bigger (by a little) range of spells to keep track of.
Rogues are purely melee-based; while incredibly different from casters, you might
find them to be more interesting if you're trying to deviate from a caster-druid playstyle.
Damage you impact onto a cloth-geared class varies, especially with
the changes to resilience. You won't get as high of a burst damage as you would
in the past with rogues, but they can still effectively bring down certain classes.
