The arcane rotations and specs should be easy to find in the stickies. I definately agree with switching to Arcane. Its a good raid starting spec. Then using the resultant raid gear should be able to boost your crit and spellpower into ranges that are viable for Frostfire and Fireball specs.
As for finding out some good items and enchants before hitting up Naxx... what I did was go to
Maxdps website and figure out the strongest items I can get without going into raids. Easy enough to do as its a selectable thing. Then work on getting those items while maintaining hit cap.

i would like to say this ahead of time, but i am NOT slamming you, so please don't take offense to any of this :)
oh man.. on first notice, i did a double take when i saw your spell power. I had that amount of SP at lvl 70.
First thing I would do.. get your rep up for the kirin tor and get
this weapon and use your badges to get
this offhand. I picked that weapon over the titansteel spellblade because you mentioned having trouble getting money for mats, so that's a much cheaper solution.
Next..
GET RID of those pvp shoulders. Savage gear is a waste for pvp gear, let alone gear to pve in.
Next, find a tailor in your guild or somewhere that will make you
this hat.. it will last you until you get t7. and put
this meta gem in it. Use
two of these for your meta gem activation.
Last thing two things i can suggest.. Get rid of that spell penetration gem.. It has no place in a pve environment, and get a blacksmith to make you a
belt buckle for your belt.. Put one of those blue gems i mentioned earlier in each of those spots.
This will seriously go a LONG WAY, along with all the above suggestions, to making your stats more respectable.

Not a mage but curious, are either of the
Chamion's Seal weapons a good choice starting out? I know the staff they have is amazing for Hunters, how do those blades do?
