Quick Question About Fury Stats

So... I've upgraded my dps set quite a bit recently and I was just wanting to get some of the community's feedback about stat balance.
25-man raid buffed I currently have:
approx. 6000AP
37.6% Crit
311 hit rating
I'm doing well on the meters (almost always in the top 10). I'm just wondering if the hit rating is enough or if I should try to top it up a bit. There are moments in fights where I notice several consecutive misses. I don't know if this is due to my hit rating or just typical RNG crap. Also I'm not entirely clear on the usefulness of expertise vs. hit. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Also I'm not entirely clear on the usefulness of expertise vs. hit.
Expertise reduces the chance that a mob can Dodge or Parry. Since a boss can only parry and attack from the front, and you are attacking from the back (right?), you only need to worry about Dodge.
A boss has 6.5% chance to dodge your attacks. Therefore you need 26 expertise to remove any chance that your attacks will be dodged.
Against bosses you have an 8% chance to miss with any of your special (yellow) attacks, and a 27% chance to miss with your white attacks (since you are duel wielding). You need 263 hit rating to get your 8%. Remember though that you have Precision talent, which drops that number by 3%, leaving you with 5% hit cap for specials. You therefore need 164 to hit your yellow cap.
After the yellow hitcap, Hit Rating drops to being about the same as Haste Rating.
Think of it this way as a general ranking. Example, 1 Strength = 11 "points" on the below scale.
11: Strength
9: Armor Pen (the more ArP you have, the higher this number goes, eventually gets better than Strength)
8: Hit Rating (if Hit Rating is less than 164)
8: Expertise Rating (if Expertise is less than 26)
7: Crit Rating
4: Attack Power
4: Haste Rating
4: Hit Rating (if Hit Rating is greater than 164)
0: Expertise Rating (if Expertise is greater than 26)
In other words, assuming you are over the hit cap and expertise cap, the weighting is Strength, ArP, Crit, Haste, Hit. If you are looking at something with Attack Power on it, remember that 1 Attack Power is only 38% the value of 1 Strength (Strength x 110% for Kings * 120% for Imp Zerk * 2 (2 ap per 1 strength) = 2.64 AP for 1 Strength).

Spectacular post with just the information I needed to see. I know it's located elsewhere but you just saved me considerable time putting the pieces together. Thanks so much for taking the time.
On the subject. I guess what that all boils down to is that my hit is fine where it's at and Str, ArP, and Crit are still the stats to stack.
Off the topic. I'm pleasantly surprised to see that fury with just decent gear can still put out over 3K dps in Naxx 25.
