Why is that "incredibly stupid"?
You make no sense.
He make alot of sense. He find himself incredibly stupid to ask such an easy thing to figure out.
About the topic. Yes it is what it means.
On a side note. You have 100% to gain skill point on orange, between 99-50% in yellow and 50%-1% in green. To figure the exact %, divide 50% by the amount of point into a color
Example: Item turn yellow at 25 and turn green at 30. This is 5 points in yellow. 50% divided by 5 = 10%. So every point you get, reduce by 10% next item chance to grant you a skill point. So it goes as 99% at 25, 80% at 26, 70% at 27, 60% at 26, 50% at 25. So that is why if an item is cheap to produce, it is a good choice to craft it for 1-2 points once it turn yellow.

Calm down...I guess sarcasm doesn't translate well.
It's usually Wildthorn verbally abusing people on here in 90% of his posts. You must have caught him on a good night.
It is more about that his question is new and didnt get asked/answered 100000 millions time alrdy on this forum.
I am a jerk only to people who are too lazy to do their homework before posting.
