I personally would NOT use the glyph of LT until 3.2
The rotation is too many wasted GCD and wasted mana if you have replinishment.
But, if you have the 4 piece t7, go for it, it provides higher dps than uld gear I hear.
PS - No it's not.

Use your glyph of LT only with your 41/30. Once patch 3.2 comes out, then you will want to use that as well for 13/58.
Ok, now to your original questions. What I personally did, because I now have over 20 pieces of epic gear lying around in my bags, was I went to EJ's and their warlock mechanics forum and downloaded an application called OptiGear.
With that application, you have an option to include/exclude gear from it's optimization process. I first excluded all of the gear and then went back and included all of the gear I personally owned. I then ran the process and just equipped whatever gear it told me to equip. I did notice that Sundial of the Exalted is missing from their list of items, but that was the only one that I caught. There might be others, but since that was the only one that affected me I didn't worry too much about it.
You will have to manually enter the stat weights for 41/30, but it comes with a preset for 13/58. Using this method, I have been able to increase my dps as 13/58 by at least 500 without changing anything else around.
I have 41/30 as my main spec and 13/58 as my off spec. However, I now only use 13/58 for raiding and 41/30 for just general running around killing stuff. If you have been 41/30 for awhile, I would suggest running some heroics/Naxx to get used to the rotation that is required with 13/58.
