Character:
Deathwing the Destroyer
Location:
Grim Batol, Eastern Kingdoms
"
Is she secure?
" Deathwing asked, looking in at Therazane, who stared back at him with hatred in her eyes. "Heh, yes Lord Deathwing, she is, don't worry those chains and the prison itself are enchanted with spells of the Old God's on them, she won't break free." The Twilight Cultist answered, staring at in awe at the Elemental Lady.
"
Good, my daughter should be returning with Ragnaros soon, he'll want to see this before we send him off to destroy the World Tree.
" Deathwing said, moving off heading back up towards the surface. The Destroyer smiled to himself, pleased as his flight members had found several dozen eggs at the Blackwing Lair, and almost 200 eggs within Onyxia's lair.
My childern are all almost in place. The Elemental War will begin, drawing the truly powerful to Hyjal, and leaving the factions weakened and alone.
The Great Black thought, stepping out into the night air and looking down on the new Twilight Highlands, watching as his Hammer cultist moved around, creating a permant new city below the mountain fortress.
Father, we have recieved news from the Dark Iron forces, as Lord Ragnaros is assisting us now, they would wish to help. Shall I recieve their messenger or merely burn him to ashes?
Deathwing heard the voice of one of his sons and smiled, as he sent back an assent, telling the young Black to prepare the Dark Iron's for an assault on Ironforge. "
It all goes according to plan.
" He said outloud, smiling.

Character:
Members of the Black, Twilight Flight and Twilight Hammer Cult
Location:
Boarder of Western Plaguelands and Trisfal Glades
"
Shall we begin? The Elder said we should destroy as many of them as possible.
" A twilight member said, currently in Blood Elf form as he looked over at the others; a half dozen members of the Horde, Trolls Orcs Taurens and Forsaken, and a half dozen members of the Alliance; all races seen, with a dozen members of the Cult from both Factions standing around.
"
We know the plan Calbron.
" A black flight transformed as a human answered, his eyes burning red, as he prepared to move out. "
We "Alliance" member's attack, and you "Horde" members run for home, yelling warnings of death and destruction.
" There was a chuckle from all around them as the group started off.

Character(new): Crelner Deepfarrow
Location: Stormrage Barrow Dens(Moonglade)
Crelner, immersed in an endless dream, awoke with a powerful start. As the lifeblood within him drained from what seemed to be everywhere, he realized just where he had been for a thousand years.
His memories flooded back to him. The words spoken to him by the dreamer herself, "Your prescence is needed in your homeland, little one. Our Nightmare has spread elsewhere. Into mortal lands, no less." A mighty roar, that shook the very fabric of his being had followed. As the shock of the announcement came to him, he observed the dark creatures and plantlife around him begin to fade away until there was naught but black.
The torment of the Nightmare came back slowly and painfully. Unable to speak, he could only produce a painful sound with his throat, and a quiet one at that.
A member of the Cenarion Circle came into his sleeping chamber, likely doing his rounds of those who had not awakened. The Cenarion druids had always pondered why the Horn of Cenarius had not awakened all druids to the call of Malfurion Stormrage. Mystified, they had ordered sentries outside the dens, to hold back the creatures of the nightmare held within.
Crelner's gaze held the sentry's for what seemed an eternity. The startled guard rushed to Crelner's side and held his head up from the dirt. Every muscle was spasming with effort as they attempted to fight atrophy.
After some time, Crelner's weakness faded. Regaining his druidic powers over time, the night elves of Moonglade could never claim he regained his mind. The torments of the Nightmare still resided inside the mortal mind. From time to time the druid would slip back into the Emerald Dream, spontaneously and uncontrollably.
"His connection to the dream is so strong, to be broken from it after all this time, thousands of years, is sufficient enough to break the most stalwart of men." Arch Druid Staghelm recorded in his journal after encountering the druid.
Crelner, unaware of his purpose in this world, seeked out the advisings of Malfurion atop Hyjal.

Character: King Varian Wrynn
Location: Eastern Plaguelands
- Varian was eating some food at a table, biting into the meat and chewing it up, the food not the best since it was rations. Suddenly he heard shouts and yells, soldiers forming up and making a line at the edge of the camp.
"Invaders!" someone yelled, Varian taking his blade out and going to see what was happening. He doubted whoever it was could last long since a huge military was on standby, ready to obliterate any who dared attack them.

- Varian arrived at the group of soldiers, who were not looking around frantically, confused and shaking.
"They were just here! One moment they were rushing at us then another they just disappeared before whoever they were within range to attack!" a soldier exclaimed, Varian rather confused at what had just happened.

The Twilight Dragon had watched as the other's had headed off into the Glades, intending to spread the death and destruction as they moved, but the Dragon had decided to watch the army. "
Yes... this should work.
" He said outloud, watching as one soldier moved away from the others.
With blinding speed he landed behind the human and struck, his hand clamping tight around the human's neck and crushing his windpipe. "
Sorry human, but I need you.
" He whispered into his ear as the Twilight creature drained him of all his memories.
He quickly changed into the human's form and burned the corpse, before heading out of the bushes and moving back towards the main force.

- Varian was disturbed at the soldier's claims, not wanting to take any risk and keep a close eye on whatever was happening.
"This is a military base, not a town. Triple the patrols and stay in groups of ten or more, dismissed" Varian said, returning back to the main grounds.

Character: Crelner Deepfarrow
Location: Hyjal Summit
Crelner arrived at Hyjal to find a battle far beyond any he had witnessed before. Each druid wielded the spells of nature, aggressively attacking and destroying creatures composed of naught but fire.
Crelner joined in the battle, bringing his old reflexes back into the fold. Downing the creatures with the ease of practice and power, he let loose a barrage of the arcane and nature at all that glowed.
Malfurion stood at the fore of the battle, leading the druids in their defensive line against the elements. His eyes glowing with the power of the Dreamer, Malfurion casted his spells with the same ease but with noticeably more control than Crelner.
Crelner struck out with the power of arcane, attempting to combat fire with fire. Malfurion, noticing an untrained fool when he saw one, called out that nature would be far more effective against the creatures. Twitching with minor resentment, Crelner called for thorns from the earth, trapping the core of the creatures to the ground. Bringing the wrath of nature upon the creatures, the battle quickly ended. None of the druids had fallen, and wounds were scarce and few.
As Malfurion returned to his campsite, Crelner followed. As if knowing Crelner was behind him, Malfurion commented, "You are not among the druids I have trained, are you."
"No, sir."
"None of my students and colleagues would have struck so wildly without any thought. You wield nature like a flail, imprecise and chaotic."
Taking it as an insult, Crelner fell into silence. Malfurion turned to the disheartened druid. "You are not without promise, you were trained once were you not?"
Without word, Crelner took out the bark Staghelm had inscribed a message upon. Looking on the message, Malfurion thought, "He is powerful indeed. To be ripped from the dream like that, even by an ancient inhabitant, and still have his mind at all? Impossible..."
"Know this, Crelner, this battle today was merely a beginning. These were scouts, sent from the depths of that hellish realm from the Firelord himself. You will need training if you hope to combat the true army... an army that may perhaps end this world tree as it recovers. I hope that your training will come back to you quickly, as there is likely little time left before chaos comes to us."
Crelner nodded silently, a flash of green erupting from his eyes as he collapsed back into the Dream.

Calbron
Location:
Eastern Kingdoms
The Twilight, now in the body of private Alex Warner, followed along after the King, reconizing him from images his Father had shown him.
If I kill him now, we would throw the Human's into chaos... of course if I kill him now, Father would kill me for ruining one of his plans.
The Dragon thought, continuing to move deeper into the camp.

Character: King Varian Wrynn
Location: Eastern Plaguelands
- Through all the years of Varian's travels, his instincts were perhaps one of the best trained tools at his disposal. And what this told him right now was, he was being followed by a pesky soldier. It had been nearly ten minutes, the man lurking behind others or acting like something else was happening, but Varian knew better.
Eventually he just turned around and confronted the man, walking straight up to him.
"Soldier, what is your name?" Varian asked, intending to find out what the meaning of this was.

"Private Alex Warner sir! From Elywnn Forest!" The Twilight answered, snapping a salute as the King asked him a question. The twilight smiled inside, able to read Warner's memories like a book within his own mind.
Joined the Alliance at the age of 15, has a mother and father waiting for him to return.... hmm might have to use something with that.
Calbron thought, his face blank as he waited for the king to respond.

Character: Shakduhn
Class: Orc shaman
Age: 27
Location:desolace.
the winds howled as shakduhn ride on the back of his loyal frostwolf, Silverpaw, both his friend and companion for the past 17 years of his life.
the strong, and agile wolf strode across the barrens, feeling the cold wind of the night across it's fur, "it should keep her calmed" tought shakduhn, after all, the frostwolves were used to the coldest weathers on azeroth, and the barrens with their tropical lush and arid savannas were everything but cold.
it has been no more than a few days when shakduhn felt a disturbance on the balance of the elements, nothing too strong, while poring water on his vase, 3 drops fell to the ground, and as they fell, formed a pattern, one that the orc knew too well.
Called "shak" by most people, even among his own kind he was allways seen as too rash, and hasty, traits that needed to be purged for one of his calling, for one must first quiet the soul in order to listen to the elements and the spirits of the land.
the pattern seen was so familiar for the young orc for he lived there for a few months during his training to attune his sences to the water.
the pattern was that of the old spire at nijel's point at desolace.
it was there, at the naga-infested shore that he was finnally able (after many failures) to listen to the water for the first time on his life.
it marked a new chapter on his training to attune himself to the world and so it was not a place to be forgotten so soon.
as the frostwolf crossed the edges of the wasteland known as desolace, shakduhn felt a mixed feeling of both anxiety, and........ hope?
could the elements bring him good news on this ravaged land?, whatever it was, he was soon to find out.
((wow, this is harder than I tough xD, allrite, rate it pls, I wanna know if I did good, and what corrections must be made, obiously I wanna cover the start of the blossoming of desolace into the lush land seen on the cataclysm trailer, so far I got....... nothing :S but I hope to develop a good enough theory as to why it happened))
