Can some explain this 'fifth element' The Wilds to me? I tried to find it on Wiki and failed.

The Spirit of the Wild's, or Life, is inside all living creatures; from the simplest blade of grass to the Grand Dragon Aspects. The power of the Wild's lets a Shaman communicate with everything around him; if it's a lean winter, he could ask the spirit of the Deer to offer up an old Buck, past his mating prime and ready for death. If a Shaman needs the crop's to grow more, he could ask them, and hope they are feeling up to it.
With the Wilds, a Shaman cannot be snuck up on as he would always be able to sense the power of Life around him.
In other words; It's everything that isn't made up of the Four Primary Elements.

It's the united spirit of all living things. Every living thing is part of the wilds. It's the most powerful, the most mysterious, and the hardest to understand. But just as dishonoring the elements can cause hem to abandon you, so can disrespect for life cause them to leave you as well.
Here's an example. When Thrall was hunting with the Frostwolves and they couldn't find their prey and starvation threatened to kill the tribe, Thrall asked the wilds to provide meat for them, as one life lost from the animals could save many lives in the clan. He promised that they would let nothing go to waste and that that they would respect the beast in wearing its hide and appreciating every parts of it. And so, his hunting company found an elk with a broken leg lying in the snow, dying. Thrall broke it's neck mercifully and brought it back to the clan.
Basically, it's the united web of all life, tied together as one element.

Basically it's the shaman's version of Alextraza's power.
