Hi all,
http://profiler.wowhead.com/?profile=us.arthas.medlainhttp://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Arthas&n=Medlain (for proper stats, since Wowhead's don't work right)
So I used to be exp and hit capped. However recently I've been upgrading my EQ a lot with Ulduar and badge loot aaaand as you can see, that's no longer the case.
My gems are kind of in-the-middle right now. Trying to get as much expertise as possible without sacrificing too much strength.
I know that I need at least -some- expertise, because when I first started raiding it was a huge pain having a boss dodge. It throws off my whole rotation and it's hard to get back into the groove again.
What would you all recommend my gemming policy be? As a full-time raider 3-5 nights a week, mostly Ulduar and moving on in to ToC 10 man, is 17 expertise enough? Or should I gem straight up to hit expertise cap and not worry about any +STR gems? Or should I do it the complete opposite?
Thoughts?
Edit: Or would +ArP be a good gemming strategy instead of strength since I've got it stacked so thick? (fyi wowarmory doesn't show ArP for me, but I have 441 ArP rating (35.81%).

You want to be able to maintain 263 Hit and 26 Expertise. In truth, I'd say you're better off gemming for Strength and letting your gear get your Hit and Expertise cap.
But IMO, with your current gemming, you should farm Heroics for the
T8.5 chest and replace your
Band of Frosted Thorns for
Uruka's Band of Zeal. Those two items
should put you at the Expertise cap. Also replace your
Battlemaster's Hostility for
Sphere of Red Dragon's Blood.
These are all just my suggestions, everything else is up to you.

Sound advice, I like it. I was so blinded by trying to find items with straight +Str that I didn't even look at +Agi rings like
Uraka's Band of Zeal. As for replacing my
Battlemaster's Hostility, I have been trying to farm for the
Banner of Victory and I already have the
Pyrite Infuser if I am lacking in +Hit.
Thanks for the suggestions!
