It's showing you as 23% because it recorded you in retribution talents, in Holy spec, you have 28% holy crit chance.
For the Black Knight, iirc, I had to Beacon the tank, FoL other people for phase 1 and basically spam Holy Light on
other
people and myself to keep up with the damage during phase 2 and 3.
The beacon and AoE heals from the HL helped a lot.
For Azjol-Nerub, the tank should take the adds. Period. Bubble out of the aggro if needed be.
There's no real reason to bubble the tank when he's feared, the tank should have positioned the pull so he would not be feared into adds.

Other people have given some good advice. One thing I noticed when looking over your gear is your gems. You should not be gemming for Stamina. MP5 isn't a great stat, but its significantly more useful than Stamina for a blue socket.

For blue: Use int/sp+mp5 gem, its slightly better than +allstatt, imho.

People also need to understand that Holy Paladins are not the best AE healers, we excel at single targets. The issue that arises is when we go into heavy AE dungeons, such as OK and Black Knight.

Holy Paladins are very restricted. We're restricted by reactive healing and single target casting. Everything you do, you're responsible for. No smart healing and no "fire and forget" spells. In medical knowledge there's a term called
Triage
, and it means
prioritizing attention based on the severity of their condition.
For World of Warcraft, this can definitely be summarized by the following priority, if nothing gimmicky is happening.
You
Your tank
Melee DPS
Ranged DPS
Be aware of who is taking damage, and how you can prevent it. Bubbling can instantly make you a non priority. Using Beacon of Light on your tank will make healing your DPS your priority, and making sure you prioritize people that are closest to being in danger to get heals first. Don't force yourself to use Holy Light or FoL exclusively. Use Holy Shock
liberally
as people take damage. Look into addons like Clique to streamline your healing. Use macros to cast things like Beacon of Light and Sacred Shield. Don't be afraid to blow a cooldown if it looks like something bad is about to happen.
For blue: Use int/sp+mp5 gem, its slightly better than +allstatt, imho.
Not for getting the most intellect. No sir. No it isn't. To the OP: Don't worry about min/maxing just yet, and don't let this joke tell you anything about gearing. You'll get more Mp5 from a +20 Intellect gem than you would a +10 Intellect and +5 Mp5 gem, and SP comes with gear. Usually if you're doing content your gear is made to do, you will have more than enough SP to do any encounter successfully. I'd say farm heroics until your brain rattles so you can get some clownsuit collection of badge gear.
To be clear, bubbling a tank is a big fat blinking
NO
. Just say "wait" and if they don't, you warned them, and it's their fault.
Wrath of the Lich King sort of throws the "if the DPS dies, it's their fault!" approach on its back. With so much AoE, it's intended for them to not survive unless the healer is planning ahead. Like I said, love Holy Shock. Always watch for AoE and at the first sign of it, find a person to Holy Shock and see if the damage is too much for a FoL or just too minor for a Holy Light, and judge accordingly.
Really. Ignore all I just said, and start healing more often. Run heroics until your brain rattles and you
will
get the hang of it as an intelligent human being.

My problem is that I can heal the tank, I can heal the tank and another one, I can Heal the tank and 2 people at the same time, I have trouble healing 3 people and the tank but it's double. BUT i cant heal the whole party Including MYSELF, THE TANK and 3 other DPSeres at the SAME TIME, while they are taking Damage. People just lose health way too fast for me to heal them.
Holy Light glyph kinda helps. Also stop spamming FoL, the time and GCDs it takes you to cast 3 Fols, you can use for 2 HLs. FoL is no longer your main heal since begining of wotlk.
Also if your whole party takes damage, there is a priority on healing every paladin should know:
Keep tank up
Keep yourself up
Keep other healing classes up
Keep top dps up
Keep plate dps up
Keep others up
Basicallly, "sorry warlock... you have to be sacrificed, shouldnt have doted all the mobs."
You are using wrong gems and some wrong enchants. Stack INT like crazy. Spp is secondary stat, crit and haste are far behind, mp5 helps now after the regen nerf.
Gems:
yellow: int
blue: int/sta (green)
red: int/spp (orange)
But basically you shouldnt ever gem for socket bonus unless you need it for meta. Stack int into everything. It helps. Really.
Enchants: Missing belt buckle, missing shoulder enchant (even from wg), helmet enchant sucks and should be replaced with wg one at least (pve options are kirin tor and wyrmrest), bracers are misenchanted, should have int on them.
Glyphs: Imo Beacon of Light > Holy Shock.
Spec: Aura Mastery is PvP talent. Shouldnt be taken in PvE builds. So is Sacred Cleansing.
Those two points can be put into Divinity or Pursuit of Justice.
Meta:
this
is only option for Pally, yours is more suited towards druid/priest healing playstyle.
As for Bubbling issue. I am not sure but isnt Fear a magic effect? Isnt it removable by Pally's Cleanse? Also, if you got feared close to other mobs means either: you havent pulled far enough (tank and dps screwed), you havent had any thinking shammy/priest in the group (tremor/fear ward).
Some people use really wierd UI's and on mine its pretty hard to pick the one buff i need to right click, especially if i havent been warned about it. I once removed half of my buff bar before i actually clicked the right thing (procs and short time buff disapearing were moving the icons back and forth).

I disagree. :)
Aura Mastery is incredibly useful to have during Hodir's frozen blows, Ignis' flame jets, Vezax hard mode, Freya's adds, hard mode Mimiron....the list goes on and on.
Right... i am yet to see our paladin having trouble with itemising properly and healing heroics to go to hard modes ulduar.
