Probably one of my favorite abilities in game, just the concept is awesome.
I was wondering what do you guys think it would be like if Blood Boil was run off runic power. 25 runic power. I know I get flamed by people saying "another rp dump for dk" But why not DC and FS as a single target runic dump Blood Boil as an AOE runic dump. Works for me :) save the runes for melee dmg. Just an idea.

blood boil running off runes is superior to running off runic power
while running off runes it can be spammed up to 6 times easily, running off RP it could be spammed up to ~3 times going off the standard RP costs of 40 RP with runic power mastery
while running off runes a DK tank can still spam rune strike, running off RP a dk would rely on D&D for aoes and having to spam single target abilities till they had enough RP for another despite however large the pull may be, aoes on demand are much more appealing

it should be included on blood of the north for tanking, but that's just my opinion.
There is just one problem with that, and I think they took it out for this reason:
Blood boil doesn't have to have a target. You can cast it no matter where you are, or what is around you. This means that if it gave a Death Rune, every fight could be started with two death runes straight away if you just use blood boil twice and wait ten seconds.
This makes it a little more over powered than most people initially think, especially for PvP, since this effectively gives an extra 2 rune attack instantly.
