This doesnt really prove anything.
If you have been reading some of these forums about DW youd 1st realize you want 2 slow 1handers, you have a fast off hand.
You also parsed yourself on a test dummy which is by no means an accurate way to check dps numbers in itself.
Im going to guess you didnt really follow the either of the true rotations of the spec seeing as you forgot to post your exact rotations, and this would lead to DW showing slightly higher DPS from whitsetrikes spam, FC procs, and the like.
Go run a heroic, or better yet raid, and post those numbers to compare as it will lead to more conclusive results.
Also checking your armory you have some questionable gem choices, Might want to change those to see an increase in either spec. Edit : I'm mostly referring to gemming crits as blood, it's one of the poorest stats to stack with STR and ArP scaling much better.

The exact reasons you mentioned are why testing DPS in a raid enviorment is so much more necesarry.
A target dummy doesnt move, and has no strategy or gimmik to the fight that effects dps, raids do. Some fights allow you to just straight dps the boss no worries or gimmiks (Patchwerk eg.) others require multiple target switches and have less face time with the bosses. (Emalon eg.), all this greatly effects DPS.
Also against a dummy, you can eliminate parrys, which is sole the case for many raid encounters. Dont forget that you also get buffs in a raid, which help vary DPS in many ways.
It seems to me the real problem here is more so how you are geared/how you gemmed for your spec. at early gear levels stack STR for blood 2h, never ever stack crit. DW you should gem hit moreso till you reach a reasonable number then gem elsewhere. As your gear improves and you get the hang of the rotation your numbers will increase.
Edit : to clear things up a bit Im not trying to convert you from one tree to the other, just trying to help you parse the two accurately and help you out with improving one or the other, a bit tired atm and my posts are incoherent and confusing I'm sure.
