Your build will be 7/57/7.
Some talents will be dependent on your typical raid setup.
-Are there atleast two other hunters in the raid with you on a consistant basis? If so, you may want to look into the imp Hunters Mark and Glyph.
-Do you have a pally doing JoW? If not, Rapid Recoup can be a strong source of mana.
-Do you have a Blood DK or Enh Shaman? If so, you can skip Trueshot Aura.
The rest of the spec is sort of self-explanatory.
Start with Serpent Sting.
Rotation is Chimera, then Aimed, then Arcane, then Steadies.
Put Kill Shot at the top of that list when it becomes available.
Glyphs: Steady Shot and Serpent Sting are a must. After that, you can choose between Kill Shot or Hawk (or Hunters Mark if you are going to be the buffbot for other hunters).

Thank you, helped a lot.
Got another question popping up in my head though; Do I fire Chimera Shot whenever its is ready or should I wait to fire it just when Serpent sting is about to go out?
Why would you wait? Chimera is your highest damaging shot (other than Kill). Fire it as soon as it is off CD.
The reason you get the Serpent Sting Glyph is that Chimera is essentially 2 shots in one. One portion is based off of weapon damage, the other portion is based off of the max potential damage of your full Serpent Sting DoT. An unglyphed Serpent Sting will tick 5 times for X damage. Glyphed, it will tick 7 times for X damage. The glyph means that your max SrS damage has gone up since 7X > 5X, so the SrS portion of Chimera goes up accordingly. It doesn't matter how much time is left on SrS when you fire Chimera, only you max SrS damage matters.
Also, when Chimera refreshes SrS, it will automatically adjust SrS up (or down) based on your current Attack Power, so don't feel that you need to manually fire another SrS when a trinket procs. You just fire SrS at the start* and let Chimera do the rest of the work**.
*The only time you would ever want to consider refreshing SrS manually rather than letting Chimera do it is when you are getting an enviromental buff to all of your damage. Things like Power Sparks on Maly. These buffs will not get taken into account with a Chimera refresh.
**Don't actually start the fight with SrS if you are Misdirecting.

One other thing, I like to have macros for my three primary shots (Chimera, Aimed, Arcane).
#showtooltip Chimera Shot
/startattack
/cast Silencing Shot
/cast Kill Command
/cast Chimera Shot
Then do the same for Arcane and Aimed. It makes sure you are always turning on your auto shot. Both Kill Command and Silencing Shot are off the GCD, so it also ensures that you pop both of those as soon as they are available. Just be prepared to switch these macros out if they are counting on you to interrupt.
