Since ammo will be infinite, they should let you pick which arrows you want to use. This will bring up the value of crafted ammo, and hopefully lead to possibly epic crafted ammo as well. I remember EQ having this feature. The Rangers could quest for a long time and finally get an arrow with superior stats. Since there was an Advancement ability that let you not use up ammo, this was the thing to work towards.
Imagine questing or raiding for an epic arrow with far superior stats to existing arrows, maybe one that has gems slots. Once you put it in your ranged slot, you'll never use it up and would continually fire those arrows from then on.

I would like the idea of getting arrows/quiver from badge vendors, seen as all classes have something to put in their ranged slot (Where our bow/gun/Cbow is) So maybey we get an extra slot where we can put the quiver in and it provides unlimited ammo and a special effect, Say 'Fire arrow, each shot you hit the enemy with causes them to burn the damage increases with each shot you hit them with. And for honor(Arena points?) You can have pvp ones 'Freezing arrow, each shot that hits your target has a chance to slow them for 10% stacking for up to 3 times'

i cant beleave no one has said it yet... i dont know why blizz dosent make a secondary skill that every hunter can pick up and lvl along with normal profs named fletching.
add a small quest in the starter zones that give you little back round on how to do it to unlock it and make the ammo trainable to learn and non consumable and make it so you cant train a ammo till you are a certant lvl like say small terrorshaft arrows are trainable at 75 then like most end game profs add a few drops to raid bosses that can teach you how to make a arrow that scales with content.

Oh god, not another proff or skill you need to raise. Arrows are in the game already, and it takes little effort so far to buy and keep ontop of the best arrows. Having to do a crafting proff to keep up on ammo would drive me nuts.
