After all the nerfs to DK tanks, it's become apparent that DK tanks are having to think harder and work harder on their gear, their build and their rotation.
There's lots of info on builds and rotation. Even quite a bit on gear. But the one thing that seems to be lacking, based on the reading I have done, is discussion on the spike damage DK tanks get. (I acknowledge I may have missed something somewhere)
I am looking for advice on gearing/build that may reduce the excess spike damage that I've been seeing DK tanks take lately. It's taking them out in raids a little more quickly than they should and making healing extremely difficult.
Any suggestions?

amazing amounts of HP as well as great emergency CDs.

just pop vamp blood and u should have an incredible amount of HP...
also the will of the necropolis should also help mitigate some of the insane spike dmg nicely
