FOTM = Flavor Of The Month (some classes get nerfed, others get buffed. The newly buffed usually become the fotm til the next patch)

proc- Can't think of the specific thing it stands for, but the RNG (random number generator) will "proc" a thing such as a on damage trinket.
IIRC proc is short for spec_proc which in turn is short for special procedure (I think). Essestially mean that when x occurs, a special procedure will be invoked.

zerg means getting everyone to charge a single target or overpower by many players. ex. Everyone zerg and take the blacksmith!

zerg is a starcraft reference initally I am assuming, referring to the infamous zerg rush :P

More precisely it refers to the tactic of "quantity over quality" In WoW, it typically refers to throwing strategy out the window and just swarming the enemy with lots of players.
