@Quizlyx: Take points from Heart of the Phoenix and 1/2 Bloodthirsty to max Avoidance and get Rabid. Learn to keep your pet up without HotP.
There's no need to drop 1/2 Bloodthirsty.
This
is the best ferocity spec.
Unless you are maybe dumping Bloodthirsty for Charge and disabling dash. *shrug*

Overall, I'm still doing more DPS as MM, but it's much, much closer now, and there are a few occasions where ive found SV to perform better... ie Mimiron and Faction Champions (traps proccing LnL).

Well for whatever reason, I just wasn't getting good results from MM on him. Even in the stationary DPS phases.

Since the 3.2 changes, SV is higher DPS for almost all gear levels. I have not tried this yet, but since there's a whole bunch of new ArP gear from the new instance, it might be possible to build an ArP MM setup that would beat SV, but for anything else, the new proc rates on lock and load make SV the #1 from your first heroic to the end game.
This is a posting straight from EJ updated on 8/20/09 which still shows MM as the #1 DPS build, beating out SV by 584DPS
EJ Hunter DPS
Edit: This spreadsheet has MM & SV at over 500 ArP off gear. However, looking at the gear they were using the 500 ArP mark is not hard to achieve.

thanks for the input guys. ill keep those in mind.
another question:
i was just planning on getting the t9 set (pure triumphs, no trophies) as it seems to be pretty simple. if i get 30 triumphs a week then ill get the set in about a month. but after looking at the stats, ill get more agi/crit, but my ArP will stay the same i think. but would having t9 then switching to MM be alright? or should i go back to uld25'ing and get those ArP gear? (<- this method might take longer).
That T9 is pretty bad. Aim for at least the ones with Trophies. The 4pt T9 is not something that is required, it's just a lame bonus (just like T8 4pt), even inferior to T7 2pt. So, just get T9 if the itens are actually upgrades (IIRC, Chest, Head and Legs).
