On Keristrasza, just hit the space bar between heals. Hopping is good enough to take the debuff off. There is no need to run around.
When you are on a boss where you are running, or in battlegrounds, use all the spells you can thrown while moving. I'm disc, so use PW:Shield, Renew, PoM, dispel disease and magic, all while running. In battlegrounds, I'll stop just long enough to throw a couple heals where I need to be stationary, then I'll start running again. I may even put autorun on and just turn as best I can while I run and heal.
I'm dual spec disc and holy. Actually, I only use the holy spec on
Loatheb
in Naxx. Other than that, I stay disc all the time. It's enough for me to have a set of gear for PVE and PVP, as well as a Frost Resist set. I use the same gear for disc and holy and it works fine for me. As disc, I look for int, spellpower, spirit, and focus more on crit than haste.

In Keristraza, there really is no problem doing a flash heal cast. Just begin the cast, and when it finishes immediately do one of two things: Jump or strafe. I prefer straffing personally. You can, for example, flash heal, move a step, flahs heal, move a step... and never get really hurt. When you drop too low, shield yourself and Binding Heal. Desperate prayer if available in your spec.
Oh, and Circle of Healing and Holy Nova are two other instants at your disposal. Weak for single taret, sure, but when you cannot do any kind of casts and Prayer of Mending/Shield are on cooldown, they're your only options.
