Retribution PVP Seal?

So I was looking through some of the FAQ's and the top, and some of the threads around here, and realized that I'd been using SoV for just about everything, and that this may be hurting my dps all around. As I've taken a break from raiding and am working on a holy pvp set, I currently have to pvp as ret, and so I looked at some talent trees for ret and noticed that you get SoC, which I didn't know, but I also read people saying that SoR is good as well.
What's the deal, who takes the cake?
SoR does less holy-based melee damage, but bigger unleashes, where as SoC does more holy-based melee damage, but less unleashes, so wouldn't that mean you want to use SoR for PVP as you get way better burst damage off your judgments?
Sorry for the question, but this is the first time I've seriously pvp'd and I don't want to, well, suck at it.

Short answer: SoR = awesome in PvP.
Longer answer: SoR tends to make your judgements damage hurt, alot. Since you want to burst something down in PvP asap this seal tends to do a much better job than SoC. With 3.2.2's change to SoC things may change a little though. For example. Let's say you're in a huge fight in AV or IoC and there's tons of the opposing faction all clustered together. SoC's cleave change coming in 3.2.2 would be very nice for those kinds of situations and SoR would be nice for single target PvP but that's rare nowadays...well for me at least. Until then, Stick to SoR regardless of how many enemies you're facing.
