Raid Situation: Curse of Doom > Curse of Agony (not by much) > Curse of Elements (considering that your raid always have a DK or Balance Druid, if not use curse of elements)
5man Situation: Curse of Elements (if no dk or moonkin) > Curse of Agony > Curse of Doom (fight rarely last enough to it tick).
Curse of Agony and Curse of Doom do nearly the same damage but advantage of CoD is that it only uses 1 GCD in duration where a CoA would use 3 GCD (as destro you'll find a big loss of dps).
Edit: Fighting a boss in a raid your rotation
should not include Corruption
because the damage it does does worth a GCD where you could be casting Incinerate or any other destruction spell.

In a 5 man setting where you have a boomkin or unholy DK, I don't bother with curses since stuff will be dead really fast regardless. If you've no other person to do the debuff, stick with CoE on any targets that live long enough to benefit your casting it.
In raids, CoE should always be up in some form. If another class can't give it, you need to. If someone else is, then use CoD. The damage is slightly better per second than CoA, and it only needs to be cast once a minute rather than twice.

hmm, a couple of people saying CoD is only slightly better than CoA. well their damage over a minute is very similar but their DPET is vastly different and this makes CoD vastly superior... or at least 2.5 times better (which is lots, relatively speaking).

CoE - use only if there are no other boomkins/unholy dk/other warlocks using CoE
CoD - use only when you know the boss will die in more than one minute
CoA - use when the boss has less than one minute left before he dies
Both CoA and CoD are a dps increase, but CoD is more of a dps increase. CoD only does its damage if the boss is alive for it, so when you know that it won't go off before the boss dies, switch over to CoA for the remainder of the fight.
edit: oh, and don't cast corruption. Basically every spec uses corruption
except
deep destro, which is why it can be compelling to use. The fact is, there are no set bonuses or talents in the game that you can possibly get with a deep destro spec that make it worth using in your standard rotation. However, for fights where movement is involved (running, falling, basically anything where you aren't able to cast anything but instant casts) it IS a dps increase to use corruption during that time you spent running or falling. You are putting a damaging spell into an area where there would be no damage otherwise, which is obviously a dps increase.
