Please stop bumping your posts, most especially if the time of your last post is still the same day. Bumping the post isn't going to make people all of the sudden know the answer, if someone can answer they will.

^ This.

Well one of them was appended 2 minutes later, that is why we allow the ability to edit your previous post and your last was prodding for a response, aka bump. Most users frown upon consecutive posting on any forum.
Unfortunately I do not have a definite answer to your issue, all I can do is point to some help files. I am not sure if you have seen the
stat weighting help
or
profiler calculations
, it may contain answers you need?

Moving to Site Feedback since you now appear to be reporting a site issue.

Gryphon is correct, I usually don't follow the General forums or the Help & Support forums looking for site issues. Site Feedback is the place for them.
As far as the weight scale goes, we normalize the scores to make them easier to read and remember. But if you click on the actual score, it will cycle in order from the normalized score (small number), the percentage (marked with a %), and the raw score (which can reach the tens of thousands). The raw score remains static no matter what items you compare. The normalized score isn't comparable across different comparisons.

The problem he's talking about is that for one of them, it sums the absolute value of the weights when normalizing the values. Because of this, whenever a negative weight is present, the two weighting methods will show different scores.
