Resto druid...
If you get a great GREAT ele shaman, you will do great, the added bloodlust and buffs to your damage output makes you and him great burst + the cyclone + rolling dots on everyone makes it a good comp.

Possible arena comps for a warlock:
1. Warrior, affliction warlock , restoration druid.
2. Rogue, Destruction Warlock, Restoration shaman (considered to be the best choice for a warlock)
3. Destruction Warlock, Mage, Restoration shaman
4. Shaman, Destruction Warlock, Holy paladin
5. Shadow priest, Affliction Warlock, Holy paladin
Probably several others, but those are the most viable choices. As for your moonkin friend, it is advisable to have it swap to healing, if it does'nt it really should not arena at all.
I have worked with one successful moonkin PvP'er and it is incredibly hard to use that class properly (healer druids are very powerful anyways, why knock off a good spec for a bad one). Should you work with a moonkin however, you should probably do something like Druid, Warlock, Holy paladin. Blessing of protection on the moonkin, as well as good peels will be crucial as it will be constantly trained .
