Has anyone attempted the hardmodes yet? I hear things and am curious to see whats up before we step in tonite. Last nite it was supposedly bugged (1 wipe was recorded as 2). I hear the beasts are of Mimiron firefighter difficulty. I also heard rumors from other guilds on our server Anub'Arak did not drop loot (he did for us, thank god :D ) soo... discuss. What do you think?

As Hungryshadow said, the beasts alone is pretty damn cruel. Also, you get saved after the first wipe, as you lose an attempt.
We progressed through them a few times, and the worms aren't any better. Again, you only have 2:30 to kill them before Icehowl joins the fray.
A few things I noticed in regards to the worms:
The poison cloud left by the mobile worm hits for 6k per second and it becomes a heck of a lot bigger (about the size of Grobbulus' clouds).
The breath done by the mobile worm will one-shot non-tanks (In an epic wipe, my OT managed to nail all 3 of our healers in one breath xD).
We managed to clear the worms a few times and progress onto Icehowl, where the main change was that you no longer get a speed increasing buff when he does the charge. And trust me, that hurts.
My 10man group will probably put in a few more tries during the reset, and then we'll be going armed with run speed potions.

I missed the beasts due to not being around (doh!), but I can give some insight about the other fights.
Lord Jaraxxus
Nether Portals
and
Infernal Volcanos
must be targeted and destroyed
. On ten man, they had ~100k HP. They both keep chucking out adds until they are dead, so they should be #1 priority when they spawn.
Mistresses will use
an ability
on your casters which will deal X amount of shadow damage and spell lock the next spell school used. Any class other than Paladin can use a spell from a school other than their primary school in order to circumvent getting main spell school locked; ie Healing Priests should use Mind Blast so that their Holy school is safe.
He hits harder and has a bit more health. Not a big issue.
I did
NOT
see
Touch of Jaraxxus
. Scrapped?
While it sounds fairly difficult, its really simple. We wiped twice, once due to not knowing that we needed to kill the portal (ever seen 10 mistresses at once? Its pretty scary) and the other due to general "standing in fire" #$%^ups. Downed him third try easy peasy.
Faction Champions
Each champion has more health and hits/heals harder.
Champions are all
immune to taunt and taunt like effects
.
Champions all
bring their trinkets
.
Overall these suckers weren't very hard. We wiped once due to bad control at the start of the fight, but we easily overcame it (no deaths) on our second attempt.
Twin Valkyr
Have more health and hit harder
Shields have more health
Touching the wrong color of ball takes away more health
This fight is still a friggin joke.
Anub'arak
Moar health, hits harder, etc.
Adds keep spawning even during the burrow and swarm phases.
You only have 6 permafrost to work with.
Once your six are gone, no more will spawn during the fight.
Adds use a shadowstep-type ability that can one shot anyone (deals shadow damage, not physical... so your tanks can get gibbed too). It is CASTED and must be interrupted.
Leeching swarm or w/e will drain 20% instead of 10% of everyones HP.
This fight is harder. You can only survive a maximum of two burrow phases before you run out of perma frost, and you must keep 1 patch of frost alive in order to kill the adds. My guild ran with 2 tanks, 2 healers and 6 DPS. We were able to force the swarm phase with only one burrow, however we had some seriously difficult times keeping two tanks alive with all the health leeching going on.
Good luck in Trial of the Grand Crusader!

I hear the beasts are of Mimiron firefighter difficulty.
In 25 man it's easy to that that's bull$%^&. This is much easier so far.
Your comment is not very clear. People need to be much more specific about what encounters they are referring to. Are you saying 10mH Beasts is easier than 25m Mimiron Hardmode? Yeah, probably.
25mH Beasts is really really hard. We've used about 25 attempts so far over the past two days. The first day (12 attempts) we saw phase 2 about three times. On the second day we finished ironing out our tank rotations and cooldowns and were consistently entering phase 2 with no one dead (It didn't help that we had a different Third Tank on the second day). So far our best attempt was having both worms at ~20% health when Icehowl came strolling out.
10mN and 25mN ToC is pretty trivial though, I think everyone can agree on that. Only issue is sometimes on the third boss; random fight is random...
