Chill of the grave is crap, don't even think about taking it. UA is very good if handled correctly, you have to use it in conjunction with Blood Tap, but due to the way Blood Tap works you can only use in special openings. I do not know these from the top of my head, but you can find them in the DW thread on EJ if you are interested.
From what i have read you generally drop a point from KM to go for UA.
I might add that i would drop BCB for Subversion, it is a tiny DPS loss (and i mean really tiny) and the threat reduction is more than helpfull.

CotG is not crap, it's a nice addition. UBA is absolutely a dps increase. I would drop Deathchill. Maldazzar there is a thread for this here. 3.2 DW dps thread - I don't think it's stickied, but that has more to do with the fact that I rub people the wrong way, and that there are minor errors that are still being worked out of it. BcB is better than Subversion by a large margin (I believe the numbers came out to about 2 percent greater) the better your gear gets, but if you are having threat issues you have two options
1. Put Subtelty on your cloak.
2. Subversion spec

Terribly sorry i meant deathchill is crap. Mixed the names up. *bows his head in shame* However i have looked at the number for subversion and the end margins were not greater than 1 %.
2% reduced threat is 1/15th of what Subversion does, if you really are against going full out subversion you can allways get 1 point or 2 points.

Rolg, you are probably right on the 1 percent dps increase. I didn't check the numbers ahead of time, personally, I dont need to worry about threat so BcB works for me. My guild's tanks are pretty good so it's alot easier to stay back of threat. However in a recent VoA I outgeared both tanks and pulled two of three bosses off the tank without thinking about it.
