Character: Nakresh
Location: Orgrimmar
"That's wonderful, honey," Nakresh smiled, stoking Themra's hair. It felt so good to have her there, smiling at him, when just a day ago he had been stroking her hair just as he was now, but knowing that she was gone. There was still a small amount of dirt left in her hair, which disconcerted him, but he tried to ignore it.
"Thank you again, Valinaria. I shall most definitely tell the Warchief of your efforts when he returns. I am very glad that your people found membership into our Horde," He nodded, smiling.
((Also, War is Hell, isn't it, Hivoltage... :P))

((lol, yeah, I wanted to give Bardus a change of thoughts. also, this character is going to be a 1-time appearance, just to try and initiate the armistice))
Character: Gryphon Rider Thunderhill
Location: Outside Orgrimmar, Durotar
He ride as swiftly as his Gryphon's wings could take him, and soon he landed at the front gates of Orgrimmar. He walked up, holding a white flag.
"I have news! I wish to speak to a commander!"

Martin blinked, sitting in a bed, wondering how Syliva had gotten him in here so easily. Chuckling, he leaned back and smiled, as the young elf had gone to get him something to eat. He looked up as the Vindicator entered the tent and took a seat at the end of his bed staring at the human. "Is there something wrong Raashar?" He asked the Draenei who stared at him for a moment longer before sighing.
"You look familiar magus. Why do I have a feeling you know me?" He asked, his deep voice rumbling as the magus looked away for a moment. "You do. I was one of the first to arrive at the Exodar after the crash. Your kind scared the hell out of us Vindicator, you looked so much like the Eredar forces under Archimonde...... We didn't know what the hell you were." He answered, closing his eyes and remembering the fear and terror of finding the Draenei after the insanity of the Third War.
The two sat there in silence as the Shadowbrough returned to the room, and looking from one to the other, before giving the magus his food and he nodded thanks.

Nakresh shook his head at Valinaria, indicating he had no other job for her at the moment. Suddenly, a gryphon rider appeared at the gates, the archers not preparing to fire because of his flag, but tense nonetheless.
"Alright," Nakresh sighed, mounting his wolf and riding out. "Yes?" He called out to the gryphon rider.
He glanced up to see the zeppelin nearly to Orgrimmar, preparing to dock at the flight tower.

"The Marshal Bardus Forgehammer wishes to initiate an armistice until further notice. The leaders of our faction are in parlay, and have ordered us to withhold action until word is sent. We would like you to comply with this request."

"Very well," Nakresh answered. "We will not pursue you..." He nodded.
Suddenly Thrall appeared from the gates of the city. Nakresh looked back to see that the zeppelin had docked.
"Very good, Nakresh. You did your duty well while I was gone," He nodded, patting Nakresh on the shoulder. "Dwarf... I request to speak with your leaders to settle this finally."

"Let me walk woman, I am strong enough for that." Martin said, arguing with the Night Elf woman as he left his tent and moved off into the camp. Syliva sighed, but followed along behind him, worried that the magus was taking too much on.
Martin knew she was merely trying to help him, but he had always been hated being treated as an invalid.. even if he was truly injured. He looked back at her and sighed. "I'm sorry. It's just I hate being fussed over, you should see me when I'm actually injured. Took three stout dwarves to hold me down in a bed the last time I broke my leg, I was foolish enough to keep trying to walk around." He told her and saw her smile slightly.

Character: Marshal Bardus Forgehammer
Location: Alliance Command Center, Durotar
Bardus turned fitfully in his sleep, dreaming of past exploits, and the deaths of so many of the soldiers serving his command. He awoke in a cold sweat, to an urgent voice. When he rubbed the sleep from his eyes, he saw Thunderhill standing at his doorway, speaking.
"Sir, The Warchief Thrall has requested your presence in Orgrimmar..."
Bardus stared in amazement. He gathered himself quickly and made his way outside. He caught the Magus Martin by the arm, and spoke.
"Magus, My presence has been requested by the Warchief. I am heading to Orgrimmar. I want you to keep order here until my return."
Without waiting for a reply, Bardus shot off toward a Gryphon, mounted and took off.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The flight went quickly in his anticipation. As he landed, he drew out a white flag, and announced himself.
"I am Marshal Bardus Forgehammer. I am the Commander of the Alliance Forces in this region. What is it you wish?"

"Bloody hell." Martin muttered, barely able to speak before the Marshal left. He thought for a second then spun. "Captain Windrider, send a scout after them, keep a watch. I trust the Warchief.... but not the Horde." He muttered, and the night elf hippogryph rider nodded, quickly mounting her Gryph and flying after them.
He turned seeing the General and the Vindicator approaching. "The Marshal has gone to speak with the Warchief, and not that I don't trust the other Horde forces but.... " He chuckled humourlessly, and the two leader's looked at one another. "Just be ready to move out at the first sign of trouble." He told them and turned to move to the edge of the shield, watching the plains of Durotar. "Be careful Marshal." He said quietly, Syliva standing to the side near him.

Character: Nakresh
Location: Orgrimmar
"I'm not sure," Nakresh confessed. "She's almost certainly safer in Silvermoon, but I'd like to be able to spend time with her as well," He paused, thinking. "Perhaps she can stay here until Warchief Thrall returns with news."

Character: Thrall
Location: Orgrimmar
Thrall looked the dwarf over. This dwarf had known many battles, and the spirits indicated a great wisdom about him.
"I wish to end this war. Now. We have both lost thousands, and war will solve nothing," Thrall began.

Bardus nodded in appreciation of the words.
"Warchief, I have led countless thousands into battle, and seen countless thousands die. I know the value of life, and I wish only to not have my men suffer in this struggle. But, I am here under the command of my superiors..."
Bardus sighed.
"There may be a way out of this. I have an envoy in Stormwind as we speak, but I fear it will not fare well for either of us. What do you propose?"

"As my envoy is currently in Stormwind, I will send word to the other capitals... I will say that it is not likely that Varian will hear your pleas on neutral ground, due to what transpired in Theramoore. You have leave to use the Alliance Command Base, located to the southeast of Razor Hill. You may bring an entourage if you wish, and your army may follow behind you if you so wish it. I would advise bringing all of the leaders of the Horde, as all of the Alliance's leaders will be present. I also suggest a mediator in the Archmage Proudmoore..."
Bardus turned back to his Gryphon and mounted, waiting for the reply from the Warchief.

Thrall nodded, mounting Snowmane.
"Very well, I shall send word for the leaders of the Horde to come, and we shall meet with you there once we arrive. It shall likely take a day or more. And beware, we will not react kindly to treachery," He nodded, riding back into Orgrimmar and sending mages to speak with Sylvanas and Lor'themar. Cairne was already on his way, and Vol'jin remained in Orgrimmar.

Martin looked up, seeing Windrider returning quickly and he stood, waving at her. She quickly landed and spoke into his ear. "Their doing what!" He said, staring in shock at the Night Elf who nodded.
Sighing, the Magus headed for the spellstone, wondering how in the world he was going to alter it's matrix without messing up the portal's and the shield itself. "I swear, they do this on purpose to make my life harder." He grumbled and heard Syliva chuckle. He whirled and stared at her, but she had an innocent expression on her face.
