Not really a new spell
Change the way greater blessing work for pallies. Get annoying if you have 1 pally and a druid healer and druid tank you have to give one a greater blessing and the other the 10 min less blessing.
Also some kind of spell interrupt for pallies like kick.

Pvp wise it may be op but for pve it would make sense for fights like faction champions in toc where you need a interupt for the healers. Even for pvp it would be no more as powerful as a rogue is.
Another attack would be nice too:)

New hunter ablility
Stable Stampede - Releases all your pets from the stable to deal damage for 20 seconds,
the pets would have no buffs and i have heard and thought of it before, bm hunters want more than one pet at time this way it could be done without being op?

What do you think will be good for level 85 spells for Cata?
I think for Warlock they should have some kind of Army of the Dead like spell. I think it'll be called something like "Demonic Portal". It will allow you to summon up to 10 demons (FG, Imp, VW, Succy, Felhound, Doomguard, Infernal, plus some kind of other demons or multiples of the ones listed) and stop whenever you want like Army of the Dead. It will look like the portals for the Lord Jarazzus fight.
It will have a 20-30 minute CD, have 50% or more of base mana, and demons will last for 30 seconds up to 1 minute unless killed. They will only have 60% of their normal power.The demons will vary. Like one time you use it you could have 5 imps, another time you could have 0, and the same with the others.

Even if it sounds cool, "Army of Demons" would be just copy of dk spell :-/
I would like something unique, new.
I read on official wow forums suggestion about new addition for Demonic Circle and it sounds very intreasting:
Demonic Circle: Teleport (Target)
Instant, 40 yd range, 30 sec cd (shared cd with DC: Teleport (Self))
-Teleports friendly or enemy target to your Demonic Circle.

Moonkins need some PvP survivability. Feral druids have stealth/bear form, Resto druids obviously have %^&*!in' heals. Armor penetration pretty much eliminates any armor bonus from Moonkin Form and our HoTs (particularly Lifebloom) tick for WAY less than in Burning Crusade. We need some flipping stun or something.
Starlight: Makes your next Starfire instant cast and stuns the enemy it hits for 5 seconds. One minute cooldown.
Earths Grasp: Causes X to Y nature damage over 4 seconds and causes your victim to be grabbed by roots, reducing their movement speed by 40%. Channeled.
Maelstrom Fury: Gusts of wind throw your target off balance, reducing their chance to hit with melee attacks and ranged spells by 20-30% for X seconds. One second cast.

Burnout
.
When you die, you have the option to explode for 15k dmg, damaging any enemy around you in 20 yrds.
(If you think really hard, you'll understand this :D).
30 min CD, costs a reagent of some kind.

I wish they would give warlocks something of PvP or PvE value skill-wise, I mean don't get me wrong Demonic Teleport was cool and all but cmon I rolled an evil guy with a minion, not a mage with a broken blink.
