Gnomes are particularly smitten with flying machines. The first flying machines built by the gnomes were the Whirligig and the Sky-engine. The gnomish flying machines that served the Alliance during the Second War were unarmed gnomish copters, but today, Gnomish bombers and gnomish biplanes can be found serving in a variety of theaters for the Alliance. There are even fabulous flying machines like gnomish airships. The gnomes were also partly responsible for the creation of the gunship The Skybreaker, although the influence of dwarven aesthetics is quite evident.
Dwarven During the Third War, when Gnomeregan was besieged by the troggs, the inguenious dwaven engineers of Ironforge provided aircraft to the Alliance. They constructed the ultimate airborne scout vehicle, the armed gyrocopters that were large enough to seat a dwarven pilot. In the aftermath of the Third War the dwarves developed a practical and sturdy twin-engine fixed-wing flying machine with a grappling hook and a variety of weapons. While the gnomes have emerged from their isolation and are now living amongst the dwarves as neighbors, the dwarves continue to use their homegrown design extensively.
There, your both right, now stop talking about it, and go back on topic please.

Dwarves piloted the flying machines in WC3, Gnomes did in WC2.
As for Genn:
Thoras Trollbane of Stromgarde and Genn Greymane of Gilneas both disagreed vehemently with Terenas, resolving that the Orcs were too great a threat to be left alive.-- BtDP Manual

And as stated through the thread: The cursed worgen are running paralels to the Forsaken. Both races hate what they are, they aren't overly fond of their allies, and they believe in similiar ideals.

No, it was actually Hivolt and joang with theres that I realized I could probably find a Velen one. I didn't realize your's was Varian till I saw that scar, I just though it was some guy trying to take a dump, as he looked quite constipated.
But, yes Greymane is trying to find a cure, so he is right on that side Irinida, but as stated, it's not "Evil" that Skreeran is talking about, but "Dark" race. Myself, considering how vicious Greymane could be, I can't see him taking crap from any of the Races: Horde or Alliance. And from what I've read, being cursed as a Worgen hasn't changed the old King all that much.

Karma is a wonderful thing, right?
what goes arround comes arround, do good things and good things happen to you, do bad things and they will come back to haunt you.
the gilneans isolated themselves fromt he rest of the world to avoid becomign infected with the plage, and got a curse instead.
they refused to go into aid with others, and none came to their aid.
yes I love the poetic justice, xD wich is the reason I'd find EXTREMELY DELICIOUS if varian's son anduin fell in love wiht a young orc girl xD; come on, let's be honest, in the hipotetical situation in wich that happened, woudn't it be sweet behond description?
too bad there is no young orc female particularily notorius in lore (or any orc female other than garona >.< those sexist bastarts at blizz!, give us more famous orc women! I wanna see a saurfang granddaughter!)
And if you look up the (playable) part, you will see that Greymane is looking for cures, wheres Sylvanas would (presumably) excute any she could not make serve her.
point a lore source or don't say anything at all, greymane may be looking for a cure, and he may care for his people, but as far as the rest of the world goes, he's a prick with a capital P; every scrap of lore abut him has shown that while he cares about his people, he doesn't give a damn about anyone else.
and as for sylvannas, if u actually made a horde toon , u'd see that one of her lines is "what are we if not slaves to this torment?"
where did u got the idea that she executes those who do not serve her? there are many freelancer forsaken out there, who even work in conjuction with the horde form time to time, and haven't been executed for not following sylvannas, she is the leader of the forsaken, those who do not believe in her leadership leave, with their existence intact, otherwise how woud there be any forsaken in the argent dawn? or the crimsom ring?
let's make it clear that sylvannas doesn't executes her own plp unless they betray her, if they never joined her in the first place, tht's not treason and thus she doen't do any executions, if they leave and don't do anything agaisnt undercity, they keep their lives, if a forsaken who has sworn loyalty to sylvanas then atempts to do something agaisnt the undercity they will feelt he rage of the banshee queen.

The irony levels would Kablooei Stormwind
it would be even more ironic if that orc girl was garrosh's daughter (too bad he doesn't have any kids, so scrap that idea)
if he had a daughter, and both she and varian's son fell in love with each other, the irony, sarcasm, poetic justice, and deliciusness would be way too much for me to handle.
then again, some mean players would complain that wow became a medieval soap-opera if something like that happened.

I'm really (really) hoping that the Worgen will end up being a "dark" faction to rival the Forsaken.
Think about it... The Alliance can blame the majority of Forsaken for outright evil, while the worst Alliance race can only be generally be called the stubborn humans or the xenophobic Night Elves. And even then, the humans have heroes like Lothar, Tirion, Uther, Taretha, Jaina, etc. while the Night Elves have Malfurion and Tyrande as their "good guys."
The Alliance needs a race that is a little darker, like the Forsaken. A race that, as a whole, makes no secret of their desire for genocide, or whatever. It'd help balance the factions' overall morality, as currently, all of the Alliance races are pretty much good and honorable j their goals (of course, there's some who aren't, but they're generally overshadowed by those who are), and the Horde is as well, now that the Blood Elves have redeemed themselves...
...Except for the Forsaken. With RotLK and the Wrathgate, the Forsaken and their Blight are looking pretty bad.
So if we can't make the Forsaken seems good, the Alliance should have a race that matches.
Anyone else agree?
I was actually hoping that they would be viewed as abomonations as the Forsaken were and get a district in undercity as horde... But guess not. Alliance ARE very much evil, it is just much more subtle. It depends on who's view your playing. There's your view then there's.
Alliance from Horde:
Humans: Dishonorable peace treaty braking, enslaving, stereotyping bastards.
Dwarves: Selfish bastards, who would claim and destroy lands that do not belong to them for the sake of their "Reasearch"
Night Elves: No real problems, maybe a little $%^&ed they brough all this *!@# down on us through arcane magic, but lore wise not many remember that. They are often blind at what they do.
Gnomes: Well, they're horrible little creatures a lot like dwarves, who would do anything no matter how evil for just advancement in technology. And their alliance, and their punt-able.
Dranie: Horrible people who ruined peaceful Dreanor by bringing the legion in to make orcs drink demon blood.
