it doesn't cause any latency issues, its just a tiiiiny bit annoying to configure but is not that hard.
I got 2, the Diablo UI
http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/7853/wowscrnshot021510220554.jpg
and my "Icy" UI Wich includes a full raid package complemented with EVERYTHING a wowplayer would posibly need (and not need)
http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/9156/wowscrnshot022210232751.jpg
the Diablo UI is nothing more than simple art, it doesn't add anything particular to the game, it just makes the UI look more cool, and the addon itself is a combination of Bartender4 with "rBottomBarStyler012"
the "ICY" UI is a combination of over 24 addons, downloaded as a single compressed package with the Curse client here's where to get it
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/packs/1957/default.aspx
basically download the curse client, then dowload what that link says, and the rest is automated (the instalation at least; the configuration is a diferent tale)
in that link there's a bunch of comments by other users, among them in the second page there are some instructions to configure the whole setup to look like it does on my screenshot.

I also like how each tribe has their own mini-Loa, like
Zanza
for the Zandalar. This one would probably be a smaller aspect of Samedi or something...

Now, why is he in game? I mean I think you take his head too.
Magic. It is also possible it was some kind of voodoo illusion. He is the Hex Master. I wouldn't be surprised if who we killed was merely one of his voodoo slaves dressed up to look like him.

I'm seeing it as a retcon of sorts, but one that makes the story better. I mean, if you can send a fledgling Horde member to take care of the problem, then there wouldn't have been a problem in the first place.

Well, they had some inspiration for
Bwonsamdi
.
Wonder if he wears the top hat and tuxedo as well...
They already used him for Samedi, the major Shadow Hunting Loa.

It could be that they are modeling two different beings after the same thing. After all, doesn't each tribe have a certain Loa dedicated to it? Or, maybe the Darkspear have their own name for Samedi in Bwonsamdi.

No, the Shadow Hunting Loa are universal between the tribes, which includes Samedi, Loa of the cemeteries and the restful dead. I think it's more along the lines of each cemetery/tribe has their own lesser Loa that represents him, usually a ghostly Troll like Zanza.
