How long has it been since the Sunwell/dead scar incident and the current point in WoW?
I assume you mean when the dead scar was created and when the Sunwell blew up. It took place in Warcraft 3, so about 6 years.
While we're at it, what's the time lapse between the end of the second war and the beginning of the third.
Timeline anyone heh?

There probably is. It's just most likely just like in real life where there are small towns towns that we pass by and we don't even know or care about there name because they don't affect us.
Oh and technically some large cities never really got names either....like Capital city of lordaeron. >.>

Hai my dear general lore friends, I put a question to you all.
In game, for obvious reasons, there's only two or three towns per land.
In lore, are there more? It would make sense but I haven't read anything about any small unnamed towns anywhere (bear in mind I've never read a Warcraft novel before, so /shrug)
Absolutely. The settlements we see in game tend to be the larger ones of the area, such as Goldshire or Fairbreeze village. I've made up towns for many characters of mine, and it doesn't seem very far-fetched to be honest for you to make your own areas of origin (unless they're like, cities.)

Also, the towns we actually do remember are way bigger in lore than the way we see them.

Capital city isn't a name....it's what a city is....it just doesn't seem right in my opinion to have the capital city of a country be called simply capital city...

My guess is that it's real name is Lordaeron, just like the kingdom. After all, all human kingdoms are city-states. The reason for it's name being changed to Capital City would be to make it more international and fitting for a name of the main city of the Grand Alliance.

OHEY! Nefarian, done by none other than... Chris Metzen!
We should totally have Varian, Thrall, Vol'jin, and Deathbringer Saurfang all attend that raid!

well, we gotta give props when they are deserved, Metzen is a GREAT actor, can't blame them for wanting to use his voice for almost all the male characters.
that being said, a game voiced by 1 actor alone is not a good idea and they really should add more actors, but then............ blizzard's choise of actors has been lame in the past (remember those spanish voices they used in the spanish dub of wow I showed you that other time?)

Yes. They should actually get someone Caribbean to do the troll voices, at the least. :P

I'd rather they didn't.... I want the Amani to go back to being non-islander sounding....

The majority of the trolls in the game are island trolls. Or at least jungle.

Yeah, but even the Ice trolls; both the ZD ones and the Dun Morogh ones have the Caribbean accent to their way of talking, as do the few Dark Trolls in Lower Blackrock, and like I said, the Amani with Zul'jin also have it.... I'd rather they put their voices back to normal, like the Forest trolls were in Warcraft 2.
