.The dispute over the interview on Thursday comes in the midst of an ongoing battle between the White House and Fox over the network's coverage of President Barack Obama.
The White House said it had received requests from TV networks to speak to Feinberg and had asked that the interviews be recorded through the networks' pool arrangement. The pool is set up and paid for by ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and Fox to save time and resources, so a single camera crew can record interviews done by separate network correspondents.
The White House said Fox had not asked for an interview and the White House sent its request for a pool reporter without including Fox."The White House has demonstrated our willingness to exclude Fox from ... television interviews," administration spokesman Joshua Earnest said Friday, "but yesterday we didn't."To your credit, this might be more subjective than anything.

No, it decidedly is not.
But the question still unanswered is: How does this make someone a socialist? I will give you that perhaps it is inappropriate. But how exactly is it SOCIALIST?

So we are backing off of the perceived coercion of the media being a sign of socialist tendencies?
I don't remember anyone making that claim. Also, why did you feel a need to 'fix'd' my post? The social ownership of those companies constitutes socialsim. Are you trying to make socialism appear more in line with what the US is doing right, instead of doing wrong?Edit: was our Free Market Republican party for allowing GM/Citigroup/and AIG to Fail?This doesn't make a whole lot of gramatical sense. It seems you are pointing toward the Republican party for being free market (they aren't) to lay blame for the failing of the companies. The companies failed because people didn't buy their crap in the case of GM, and the other two failed because of poor investments on their own part. So, in any case, the companies need to fail. Why save them?

These days, the "Left" and "Right" are BOTH at the socialist/marxist end of the scale. How ELSE can the media get away with portraying the national SOCIALISTS of 1930s-9140s Germany as "Right Wing?"
I would say that "socialist" is a bit mild when applied to Obama. After all, he appointed an AVOWED COMMUNIST to the white house staff.
But won't it be great when his Marxist agenda is fully implemented? we can all wear those tall fuzzy hats with the red stars on them and do the Cossak dance! (Hey! Hey! Hey!)

Um... read into your history. The National Socialist movement was more closely linked to Fascism. (Why the hell would Hitler fight with Fascist Italy but against Communist Russia?) It is widely accepted that the National Socialist party of Hitler was "socialist" in name only.

A common misconception. Fascism is NOT a "right wing" concept. The marxists in the US were in LOVE with Mussolini and his fascist goverment before the war started.
it's YOU who need to do a bit more historical research. The Nazis were NOT Fascists, any more than they were politically/philosophically the same as the Japanese. Just because they were on the same side in the war, and on the opposite side as Stalin's Russia doesn't mean they were the same.
You don't believe that it's possible for two groups with very similar philosophies to be on opposite sides?
If not, then you really DON'T know anything about history. Protestants/Catholics? Both Christian, and pretty much enemies from the start.

There are a lot of socialist ideas in the government such as this:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to
ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
And how is this empowering government to control economics? The constitution was there in order to limit government power.
