Now, my questions is, whether It'd be good to keep mongoose on one hand, and executioner on the other, or just get dual executioners.
If one on each, which hands?

I've heard people say Mongoose on MH, Exe. on Offhand.
Or maybe it's the other way around.

moongose MH
moongose OH
executioner OH
i'll be using the sword as needed for 25 mans and probally keep my fists for lower stuff i might get the s3 mh fist and replace s2 with exe and s3 with mongoose not sure but its definetly worth the enchant when u have a good weapon imo back up wep with it at the very least

I've also heard Mongoose on MH and Executioner on OH, and that sounds about right to me.
It's Executioner MH / Mongoose OH, because it will be stronger than Mongoose in a raid environment (for most encounters. Fights like RoS it will be useless since they all have 0 armor anyways :/ )

While I understand that the 3% crit from Mongoose's proc puts it over the total damage output boost of Executioner on most targets, running 2v2s with a resto druid allows me to jump on low-armor targets pretty much whenever the possibility presents itself.
And yes, offhand weapon chain will always be necessary. The 50% nerf to it is bad, yes, but it will be even worse when the warrior sees you have both hands glowing, and decides to disarm you whenever possible.
