[Model Viewer] View in 3D using Java not applying textures - fixed by clearing Java applet cache

When I use the 3D model viewer to look at weapons, the Flash version loads up and looks okay.
However the Java version (which I prefer to use) is loading the 3d model but is leaving it plain white (with some shadows) and not colouring the model with any textures.
This is happening in both Firefox (v3.5.5) and Chrome (3.0.195.38) with Java (Version 6 Update 18) on Windows 7 Enterprise.
I can sort out a screenshot if needed.
edit: Armour seems okay, it's just weapons that are playing up. The character model will load up and show the piece of armour with the right shape and textures, and they'll move around a bit with the idle animation, that's all fine.
Weapons are just colourless white models though, with a bit of gray/black shading. If I choose a race then the weapon is still plain white with them holding it, and for some reason their hair doesn't get coloured in either.
edit2: Mounts will load up like weapons, no texture, but they do move around and animate.

There was a new version of the java viewer I uploaded last week when this was first reported that shouldn't have this problem. Clear your java applet cache (control panel -> java -> general -> temp. internet files -> settings -> delete files) to make sure you have the current version.
