"Stay calm, don't panic."
Guess what Blizzard, i am panicking.
Today when i tried to log on, i apparently have to enter an authenticator code, problem being, i have not bought an authenticator.
1. I'm on the password/ account recovery page on worldofwarcraft.com, but it just leads me in damn circles, saying "enter your bnet email", then "that email/name combination does not exist"
2. is it possible for my to cancel my subscription without having the password? i don't want to continue paying for a hacker to use my account.
3. the contact support page will not load.
What should i do? Currently im scanning my computer and freaking out.

1. Call Blizzard, no one here can help with your account recovery.
2. Clean your PC properly.
3. Buy an authenticator

This is commonly what happens when accounts get compromised.
A RL friend of mine hadn't been on in months because they were saving for thier work related move from Oregon to Minnesota. I hadn't called him in a while so when he started showing up one weekend but never responding to any of my messages and ALWAYS being in the same zone and on 24/7 (literally) I went to see if I could find him. He was farming for eternal fires over in Storm Peaks and knowing him I was sure it wasn't actually him.
So I called him and asked if he was mad at me for not calling him back ages ago or what. When he said no, I asked why he hadn't said anything to me in game. He said "We haven't renewed our subscriptions since just after the battlenet conversion to save for the move." He was pretty shocked to find out that his account was now ACTIVE and someone was playing it.
So he tried to log in says "What is this 'authenticator' stuff? It says I need to enter an authenticator code."
Whoever it was that managed to get his account information (the only 2 people who would have known it was he and his wife) put a 60 day gamecard on the account, changed the email and added an authenticator to the account to make it more difficult to recover.
He contacted Blizzard and got his account back in a couple days but they had deleted all of his characters except his 80 hunter (for some reason they got rid of all of his hunter pets LOL) and a low level rogue that was in a city that was likely used to transfer the fires and gold from selling them to a different account. They stripped his bank of anything that was sellable down to things that sold for next to nothing.
In the end he got it all back as well as being able to keep the 500g the guy had on him and the 500 Eternal Fires they person had amassed. Apparently he got the account back before the guy/gal could transfer that last batch off LOL.
So I am presuming that this is something like what you had happen. If you have any friends you know in RL that play, have them look for your character. Odds are that they are being played and farming SOMETHING.
