I see a huge problem but I won't help you until you ask a more specific question, list your rotation, and tell us what the issue is.

dont use seal of wisdom use seal of corruption for more damamge, the more damage u dothe easier u hold agro. . seal of wisdom isnt needed. if u have trouble on multiple mobs when u run in and shield ping mobsmake sure u switch to attack another mob after a couple weapon swings so all ur main agro isnt focused on 1 mob but with hammer of righteous and consecration it shudnt b too hard. if u think u have low dps always use concecration hammer of righteous shield of righteuosness and judgement when they are ready, if this gives u mana problems make sure divine plea is always up.

My main rotation is 96969 and i use judgement of wisdon for mana and seal of wisdom is on so dont need too many MB during HC and raid.
The main issue is that i build to little agro to keep hold on multible mobs when higher geared dps target other then tanktarget.
And Taunting back the mobs cost me to break rotation and cost me lost of mana. And the taunt dont always work = dead of dps.........
2nd problem i have low dps, but that is maybe related to the agroproblem?
The spec was advised by a IRL friend, who told me this was a giood spec to start tanking.
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=63650
for better heal from healer.
but seeing the stickie i might have to lose that one
Your friend either doesn't play a Paladin, or doesn't play it well.
You can't be doing 969 if you have Glyph of Consecration. Instead of it being an 8 second cooldown, it's 10. That throws off the entire rotation. Also, you only need one point in Improved Judgements -- to make it a 9 second cooldown.
If you have single-target DPS (rogue, arcane mage, etc), and they're not attacking the mob you are, then that's
their
problem. Advise them on it. But if it's DPS pulling off of you with AOE's, then yes, you have an aggro problem.
Divine Plea should be up at all times. If you have to force the pulls to be a little faster, then go for it. And the number one solution for mana problems for Paladins is simple -- pull more mobs. More mobs = more blocks = more mana back.

Seal of Command
Example: when you use Hammer of the Righteous it will hit 3 people and then with Seal of Command will splash to 2 people per hit so 6 peps with holy damage.
No, no no no no no no no no no no no no no.. NO.
Seal of Command
All melee attacks deal to additional Holy damage. When used with attacks or abilities that
strike a single target
, this additional Holy damage will strike up to 2 additional targets. Lasts 30 min.
Unleashing this Seal's energy will judge an enemy, instantly causing to Holy damage.
When i hit you in the face with my
shield
, i'll hit both your eyes and your nose. Thanks to SoC
When i hit you in the face with my
hammer
, i'll hit both your eyes and your nose. Not your ears and forehead as well.

Each hit is considered a Single Target Attack, they just don't want it to proc from Consecration.
Try before you knock it. I also have the Logs to prove that It does.
Read the tooltip.
Seal of Command
Go on, read it. Now, let me highlight the most important part.
"When used with attacks or abilities that strike a SINGLE TARGET"
That does NOT include Hammer of the Righteous, as it does not strike a single target -- it attacks three. Try to keep up.
If I recall correctly, it was bugged at one point on the PTR, long before it made it to live servers, and was activated by HotR. But not anymore.
And if you're still disbelieving, give me a few minutes, I'll go find Blue's posts about it.

# Retribution
* Seal of Command: This ability now chains to strike up to 2 additional targets when it is triggered by an attack that can only strike a single target.

And how is that a blue post?
/golfclap at that observation. I got lazy and decided that was pretty much all that needed to be said.
But you know what? Fine. I'll scour through for GC's post on the subject, as it made mmo-champ at some point. In the post, he was emphasizing that SoC would NOT proc on Divine Storm or Hammer of the Righteous.

I'll humour you and try it in ICC10 tonight.
Before berating him like that, you probably should have tried it because it would make you look less stupid.
HotR does in fact proc SoCom
3 attacks (1 melee, 2 hammer) = 6 seal of command attacks.
