Do you judge M playing F Characters?

I currently play 2 characters. A male tauren warrior and a Male Orc DK. I really want to level a holy paladin however BEs make me sick. I haven't played an alliance character for any extended period of time so I figure I'll roll an Alliance Pally. Draenei seem like a really cool race because of the hit buff and they really look like they will give me the fantasy feel i love form the horde side.
I honestly dislike the sounds Draenei males make when they attack so my question is this. Do you judge people who play female characters who are males? Within guilds and PuG raids who use vent do you think they are weird for rolling a female character?
What are your thoughts?

I like how draenei look and honestly in the TBC cinematic the draenei pally is awesome and I always wanted to roll one but I wasnt even 70 on my first character (My warrior).

Don't care. I just assume everyone I meet is male until told otherwise...
This. If they start flirting, however, my visualization goes right back to them being male.

I know plenty of women who play characters, both male and female. I try not to assume anything.
However, I have known guys (in other MMOs) who would play females, particularly because of the nerd hormone factor. They would amass a great deal of freely-gifted items, sometimes. And, they only confided their true sex to a few others.
This was before using voice-commo programs like Ventrillo became much more common, however. It's not such an easy thing to hide one's sex in a raid.
About one third of my characters are female. Including, my second-highest character, and second played character: a female, BE Mage. (This, after a short-lived, male, Dwarf Hunter) Almost instantly after I began playing her, I had one guy coming up to me in the starting area and professing his attraction for me/her. I was amused, and also curious to know if he was just messing with me, and so I didn't tell him right away. The guy kept pestering me for a week, greeting me every time I logged on, until I eventually put him on /ignore. This, after having told him I wasn't a real female.
My Main -- a Warlock -- began as a female Forsaken, transitioned to a male Forsaken (I hated her /silly jokes, and her 80 year-old voice and laugh), and then to an Orc male, a day before I hit 80. Some of my guild were very confused when I showed up to my first 10-man. ;-)
"Oni's an Orc!"
"WTF, I thought you guys told me Oni was a LivingDeadGirl!"

Don't care. I just assume everyone I meet is male until told otherwise, regardless of their toon's gender.
This, even though I'm a girl IRL myself.
And why would it be weird for a male to play a female toon? Would I be weird for playing a male char?
No. It -is- a game, after all. Why judge people because of the thing they play in a game?
This.
You can be whomever you wish to be.

I don't care. I have both male and female characters, and I'm male. My female characters are female for various reasons.
For my night elf druid and priest, it's because I hate the males. Their casting animations are ridiculous and they look like the hulk.
For my draenei casters (mage, priest, not shaman), it's because draenei males look ridiculous in robes, plus I like the female casting animations more.
It's not really a big deal. Like others have said, it's a game. You can be a walking, talking cow, so what's stopping you from having a female character?

Why judge people because of the thing they play in a game?
Because of potential misconception of an individual player. Many people, based on personal observation (and even I'm a fool for this), generally perceive at first that the players are the gender of the characters they play. Finding out that they're not said genders often warps and even destroys first impressions or even their relative dynamic depending on how often they play with eachother. Things like that often happen to people more than once, and thus lead to either frustration, or just assume everyone is male until proven otherwise.
I don't know how it is with females though, so I can't say anything in those regards.
I have noticed certain disruptions to normal interaction in the guild, when a player has made a race or name change. People become very comfortable with a given name or appearance. And changing those, can have a sometimes less than conscious (but definite), temporary effect upon interaction, until people get used to the change.

I have no issues I know plenty of guys who play girls, I try to pick up on gender thru stereotypicality such as females seem to be more chatty than the average male and use different lingo (always exceptions tho) and have been mainly right with a few definate wrong factors. I am a female player who prefers females, but I do have a male dr00d and a male lock. I am a huge fan of the Undead and hated Belfs....But did roll a Pally elf and while she is too "pretty" for me I do enjoy her daintiness tanking a whole group is just great! I don't know very many females that roll male characters tho...*ponders*

I pick female chars almost all the time because the moves are way more awesome then male chars' moves...
And it's just a game, you're meant to chose what you prefer. just like going Race A or Race B , or Class A or Class B.
No one will pick on you cause of that.
( i was in a guild that 60% of the usual raiders were female chars , still on vent there were only 2 to 4 girls.)
