Yes I have the same problem. I have tried uploading many times. Most of the time it gets to 11% before timing out, occasionally it goes as far as 16%.
Running Win XP SP2. Use Comodo Internet Security, but I have the same result whether I have Comodo running or shut down.
Thanks

Had this problem since it started cropping up. Gets to ~50%, then stops. Vista SP2 64bit.

Also having problems uploading data. However moving the itemcache.wdb out of the WoW-Cache folder i was able to upload the remaining data just fine. Moving the file back to the cache folder and the upload fails again.

As of 11:58 pm MST on July 24 the wowhead looter uploaded all the data It was getting stuck on. I haven't tinkered around with or anything so I'm assuming that you guys at wowhead finally fixed it. Good job guys =)

Still failing with the same error here.
Edit: Just had a look at my character info page on here and it has been updated, even though the client said the upload failed.

Same issues, seemed to start after the last update so having been waiting for another update to fix...
Have tried deleting client, both the app and addin and reinstalling but made no difference.
I'm running Windows XP SP3 and Microsoft Security Essentials. Disabling MSE made no difference.

Okay, I've got something else to try.
Go to
World of Warcraft/Cache/WDB/enUS/
, and delete the file
itemcache.wdb
If you don't delete the wrong file, this should have zero effect on your game whatsoever—but if you're nervous about it, try just moving the file into another directory temporarily.
Once that's done, try uploading again and see if it works.

Deleted the above file, no change:

Run WoW and logged into a toon, then logged out, run wowhead client again, same error.

Removed the itemcache.wdb file.
No difference except that the upload file was much smaller.

Just gave this a go and the upload size has dropped from 1.4MB to 420KB, however the upload now gets to 90% and gives this error:
"Wowhead is unable to process your upload at this time. Please try again in a bit!".

It keeps saying this, would really love to have it fixed, used Wowhead Client before with no problem and suddenly it started to act like this.

Deleting the itemcache.wdb always works for me.

Didn't work for me.

I've also tried moving away the wowcache.mdb file, and the wowhead looter client still cannot upload the file on my laptop running WinXP 32-bit. I have had no problems with the uploads on my desktop, which runs Vista 64-bit.
The log is always the same, always along the lines of:
Socket status change: connecting...
Socket status change: sending auth request...
Socket status change: receiving response...
Socket status change: connection completed.
Socket status change: reset.
Upload failed: No data to upload at this time.
I've amassed a 3.4 mb data file on my laptop just waiting to be uploaded.

It looks like there's something in the connection that's giving up after a very short period of time.
If you just want to get your completion data on the site, that's typically a very small upload, and you might be able to get it uploaded successfully if you aren't uploading ANY other data.
If you're willing to give it a shot, try deleting the entire contents of your
World of Warcraft/Cache/WDB/enUS/
folder. These are all cache files and shouldn't have any effect on your game play (although don't blame me if your WoW installation breaks). Then upload immediately after, and you should get your character completion data through.
