Uh huh
; also, you can't have a Orc/Blood Elf at this point in Warcraft; the half-breed would only be 8 years old at the most.

As Adamsm pointed out, it isn't necessarily a new idea. That article lists a few famous half-breeds; Garona, the assassin of King Llane, was also a half-breed (although there's arguments now as to whether she is half-human, half-orc or half-draenei, half-orc).
Other than possible cosmetic changes, though, what purpose would this serve? From a role-playing perspective it could have a lot of impact, but otherwise, what does it do? Would it allow you to pick amongst the available racial abilities, or...?
Since we no longer have race-specific class powers, this would really just be for lore purposes; while I don't really have a problem with that, the role playing community in WoW tends to be a smallish group, and it would be odd for Blizzard to cater to them specifically.

Ah, so you're not only talking about a half-breed - you're talking about another D&D staple, the "cross-classer" or "hybrid". D&D has half-breed races, but those can be completely separate from cross-classing or hybrids.
I think the primary difficulty would be balance. Tabletop gaming is built around the idea that there is a GM there who knows exactly what combination of characters will be present, and can tailor the encounters so that the group finds it challenging but can still succeed. He/she can also ix-nay any combinations that he finds far too powerful.
In an online medium like WoW, it's much more difficult to do that. We don't have a GM looking over our shoulder during every fight, who can decide that the challenge isn't enough and drop in an extra power or more adds so that the fight remains difficult but fun.
As a complete aside, the hybrid rules for D&D 4.0 (also known as D&D MMO edition - yeah, I play it, and I find it fun, even though it IS a blatant MMO rip-off) are just sick and wrong.

no need to be a jerk to someone, if you don't like the topic give a a reason or don't post at all. besides all companies have used ideas that others have suggested especially in a game that lorewise already has parts of his ideas in it. so go troll somewhere else

I hate to needlessly reference family guy, but I just got a flash of the end of the Y2k episode.

Combination classes add a
huge
new set of balancing problems. As such, Blizzard will likely never do it (or at least no time soon).
Also making new skins and possibly new models for 30 (and I'm not counting any cross-faction or more than 50/50 combinations) new race combinations would probably be too much work for them to put it in as a feature so few people would use. Unless of course they were superior to 'pure' races, in which case everyone would be one. If they weren't, there'd be no point apart from RP.
It'd be interesting, but I don't think it would ever, ever, happen in this game.

ogres could be rexxar's clan of ogres, which are horde affiliated. as in rexxar would be their racial leader.Rexxar handed over leader ship of the Stonemaul clan to one of the Ogres there when he returned home to Outland to lead his true people, the Mok'thanol(the half-ogres).

Adamsm.... why do you not have Premium?
On-Topic.
It isn't really that plausible for Alliance, besides Humans and High Elves. I mean, a Gnome Male with a Human Female? NOT going to happen. Gnome with Female Dwarf.
No. Thats just freakin' fugly.
So...
Short answer :
NO.
Long Answer :
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
