For the life of this game and every other on-line game this will always be a problem. The higher the gearscore and eliteness (I hope that is a word) the more some raid leaders want, because they feal these people will get them through the fight the fastest and easiest, for gear, emblems or what ever they are going there for.
But this is a double edged sword, those "elite" players are the first to leave if something goes wrong, leaving the ones that really want to run it that don't know the fight to sit and stare at each other and ask why they just got saved.
I guess if some one spamming for gear score, achievment, ect. ect. Just tell them the truth. I do or do not know the fights, my gear is not up to par or it is, but I wont let you down. I will listen, I will do what you ask, I will watch for the fires, I will keep an eye on others. I would trully love to have the guy that is dedicated to the fights then any one that is there because they want to show off there uber dps and be the tough big kid in grade school. Any raid leader that can understand that is someone to stick with through the fights on.
Remember thoes that want the most "elite" are ussually the ones you dont want to run with any way. I meen you probably get the gear but you will miss the fun.
^^^ ok trolls get my grammer.

"We sound just like those stupid agitators in Theramore."
LOL I was just thinking that. Was the original quote one of theirs?

I agree and disagree about the whole "Achievement means you know the fight argument"
I agree that it is a poor judge, as a person can die and still get the achievement because they weren't kicked.
However, I've also found that most people who die after their first fight understand what happened as well as the general fight mechanics, and won't die from the same mistake again.
In anticipation of a certain rebuttal everyone seems to love, there are so few people who are "n00bs" or "idiots" that it doesn't make huge difference. Sure, they exist, but they are not as common as everyone likes to claim.
