I've got a number of Indian friends who I've hung out with, and they've never tried to force Hinduism on me even in a setting where I was outnumbered by them. Ditto for the few Muslims that I know. Christianity on the other hand, it seems like those folks enjoy harassing you about it. I find it stupid.
You realize that your personal experiences don't apply to the religions on a worldwide scale?
Let me illustrate your argument, but remove the element of religion from it. I believe if we can remove that element from the example, it will remove biases, and allow you to see how your argument itself is flawed.
Here goes:
"I went to Vermont once. I got out of the car and went into a convenience store. People in there were rude to me. However, I've got a number of friends who came from New Hampshire. They are really nice to me. That is why all people who are in New Hampshire are more polite than all people who are in Vermont."

Go to India and say that you are a Brahmin and you deserve to be treated this way because of that link...
Traditionally Hinduism has shut off people that have not been born into the faith and has only opened the doors to other people because of contact with the West. In fact, the majority of people would not support these beliefs. Just because a couple of offshoots believe this does not mean its right.
So the fact that I follow Hinduism, doesn't make me one eh? Meh, whatever, not worth bashing my head against a wall to make it think differently, I know what I am and happy with it.

"Concepts of conversion, evangelization, and proselytization are absent from Hindu texts and in practice have never played a significant role,
though acceptance of willing converts is becoming more common.
Early in its history, in the absence of other competing religions, Hindus considered everyone they came across as Hindus and expected everyone they met to be Hindus."
My point.Again, not worth bashing my head against something repeatedly.

Also, you keep trying to unite Mormonism with Christianity. Most scholars think that the Mormon faith isn't even Christian because of the huge differences that it has withe faith.
Mormons worship Christ.
Thus we are Christian.
/facepalm

Right, just stating my personal opinion. Still, even if I were to state it as fact, you haven't provided any evidence contrary to it.

No. He was killed int he Middle East and resurrected in America.
Who here believes in Hell?
I believe there is Outer Darkness, but only the Sons of Perdition and the 1/3rd go there, along with apostles who were in the church and the like who deny the church.
Murders, people who fornicate, druggists and the like go to the Telestial Kingdom, which according to us surpasses the earth in its glory.

So none of it's true? Cos google says otherwise.

Seems to back up some of the points.
Care to elaborate or are you just going to dismiss it out of hand?
Read the info on the video and look up the passages too.
A. The website isn't Mormon. Thus it is insulting us or trying to prove us wrong, like 99% of them. So don't be angry if I'm not inclined to like it too much.
B. We believe in revelation. If you realize in modern days there is no talk of that and black people are allowed in the temple.
C. What's your point? Bad stuff happens in all religion's past.

One of the best teachings I've learned was about how each individual has their own personal god. The speaker said that religion is really just a massive collection of people who believe their god is
similar
to its other followers. No one can talk to your god for you. Your god may be cruel. Your god may be forgiving. Your god may not even exist anymore. The point is, real faith lies within your own soul, and going to church just makes you believe you are looking for something that is inside of you the whole time.
That's why I follow the religion of "Toastmaster-ity" mother fu%&ers....
