I've already died twice (in the presence of doctors and everything) and I have to say, wasn't that bad.
Depends on how you define death. Sure, the brain stops working for a bit, but you can still be revived. I mean, people that have drowned can be brought back to life hours after they've "died."
I would define death as the soul leaving the body.

I deal with death by knowing that I have only one life to live, so I live it to the fullest.how do you deal with the fact that you could go to hell?
Hell does not exist, therefore I have no reason to deal with this "fact".

So you can say with 100% certainty that you know what happens to you after you die? I mean, sure you have a strong faith in something, but that doesn't mean it's true.

I know exactly what would happen to my body after I die. If you're referring to consciousness, one needs a working brain to have access to it. If you're referring to a soul, then I also don't believe in the religious idea of a soul.
I'd say I'm about 98% certain of what would happen to me after I die... but this is all depending on the way that I end up dying and how my body is handled afterward. More often than not, it ends up in normal decomposition... other times I end up being eaten by a large scavenging beast. :P
