I think True Neutrality is probably the worst spot on the chart.
True Neutral is supposed to be the normal alignment, with the sides and corners representing people who're more extreme.
Normal? heh

I actually agree with this.
Define normal.

Define normal.
Not extreme.
Extreme as relative to normal? Your logic is circular.

Normal -
What is currently viewed as the "status quo" by media and society based upon age, sex, and location.
My own definition.

That seems to sum it up, sadly.

True Neutral won't work extremely hard towards the goals of Good, Law, Evil or Chaos.
They may put effort towards them, but rarely devote themselves to those goals.
Much better. :D It's actually the true neutral I agree with for DnD, but not for the world.

I've been trying to think of a True Neutral person... I mean... really... it's been hard.

I think, by my definitions of good and evil, it's near impossible.
Even evils pretty impossible. Evil acts no, but evil people are very rare.

I wish I lived in your world. People who act evil are everywhere. My experience with the Sheriff's department has already exposed me to some real scum. What I notice is that the more 'evil' the person (I guess it might be better to say the more heinous the actions of the person) the more petty and selfish they are. I watched this murderer argue over toothpaste... Anyway.
I'm pleased with the participation in this thread

I agree that people who act evil are everywhere, but I don't define an evil person as someone who acts evil (outside of DnD of course.) If you're doing what you think is the morally correct thing to do, you are a good person, regardless of whether the act was objectively evil.

I don't think they exist.
