What is the general consensus on a 'good' socket bonus? On my gear, I've gemmed for the bonus if its 7sp or more. Is that about right? Or is the 5sp bonus also worth gemming for?

otherwise you would be keeping Rejuv up on less targets than would actually be possible and overhealing more than would be necessary.
The second half of this statement isn't necessarily true.
One of the main values I find for GoRR, even in 25 mans, is to reduce the amount of overhealing done. Because I get more ticks of rejuv in before a Circle of Healing or Chain heal tops the person off.
I've been healing more 25s lately, and I keep GoRR in except for on Blood Queen, where the aura ensures that I'm getting almost no overhealing from Rejuv anyway. But even with GoRejuv, I only get about 0.1% extra healing from the glyph so I might stop switching..
So your yardstick for a good druid healer is how fast you can snipe heals from other people and how little overhealing you do? Overhealing is the nature of the beast for HoT healing and something you shouldn't be overly concerned with, IMO, except if you are looking at Nourish Overheals.
If you are blanketing the raid correctly, who cares how much overhealing you have?
