Ok, since you can littaly run heroics nowadys without a healer (I know this because I am healer myself, and hardly do anything when healing daily random) I was trying to think of a superteam of classes capable of running heroics with no healer at all in the group.
It would have to be classes were selfhealing abilitys was a part of the normal dps-rotation, or classes with buffs or abilitys that grant healing to the group without gimping theit dps to much.
So my thought were:
Blood DK as a tank, loads of selfhealing abilitys there
Retri pala, for seal of light, judgement of light, and divine storm
Feral (cat) druid, for Improved leader of the pack
Shadowpriest, for Vampiric Embrace
Affliction warlock, for loads selfhealing abilitys
Now, are their any other classes/speccs ive forgot about that would fit the role? or that would be better for this kind of gimmic-thing?

Prot Pally tank for lots of O-SH*T abilities+heals
Feral kitty for LotP, some tank ability if the tank needs to heal himself and a curse remover
BM Pet for off-tank if the tank needs to heal himself, + some CC ability
Spriest for Misery+shields (not a healer, a shield) and cleansing
Blood DK for some tanking ability and Improved Rune Tap
So as you can see there are 2 real tanks (def capped) and 2 off tanks (not def capped but can hold aggro and take some damage) and a shield and a dedicated CC.

I'd replace the lock for an Elemental shaman. Drop Healing stream totem for some more background healing, and you get someone who doesn't have to drop form and has the mana pool to heal in an emergency.

The key to running heroics with no healer is just overgear them, like people do constantly every day.A LOLnova priest
That's a healer.

Yeah I use a LoLnova/LoLsmite spec for Heroics (I switch to a staff with just enough hit on it + 2 gems to dps heroics, and my goal is generally to outdps at least one dps). But I'm still the healer, really. And when crap hits the fan, I use actual heals/shields. The better my tank and dpsers are...the better my damage is since I don't have to keep switching to heals.
I haven't had the guts to try it for H HoR or something yet though. So I always just use my raid healing disc spec/weapons for that.

Five Blood DKs.
Reminds me of when Wrath first dropped and everyone was running 5-man DK groups to clear Ramps and Furnace in the race to level.

Without a healer is easy. Try making a group without healers or tanks. That would be a challenge.
