3. Explosive shot glyph is good in low lvl gear with low crit ratining.In a bis gear that the crit rating is really high the the explossive glyph loosing his power.More crit u earn from your gear less important is the expl glyph.My current crit is almost 65% unbuffed.
Pardon my cynicism, but is 65% = 100%? NO. It's always a good thing to have more crit, no matter how much you already have.
Besides, do you really use Steady Shot THAT MUCH?

That spec you posted is for extremely high gear levels (70%+ crit, 800+ arpen and replenishment fully covered). Being the ubertopDPS spec is not guaranted that it will be the best for you.
the average spec for any well geared SV hunter should be 2/15/54. 2 for IAOTH, one on Resourcefulness. You should not be picking points into Focused Aim as SV unless you need them. Its trading 100 itemization points for 3 talent points, which always will be a DPS gain (either the points for replenishment if needed, or the points to get to focused fire giving up aimed aswell).
The points on resourcefullness are rarely a DPS gain, when taking more than 1. Most of the time u won´t refresh BA asap it comes out of CD, because if you have ES or aimed ready you will use them first (unless you spect to move soon enough to make the ES and aimed delay worth)
Expose weakness, 1 point should do it and guarantee an 90-95% uptime
about ES glyph, i recomend you to stack it and the steady one and switch them between fights. I personally run at 70.9 Unbuffed / 83% buffed crit before proccs and have a good ranged weapon (njordar bone bow HC) and 440 arpen. femaledwarf puts glyph of steady 100 dps ahead of glyph of ES for me, what i take with a grain of salt. For bosses where the movement is minimal and i know i won´t miss almost any steady, I use Steady glyph. For bosses where movement is frequent and unspected (LD hc, putricide, LK somehow) I use the ES one.
one thing about the focused aim points, the first point i always take away is the resourcefulness one, and if needed, the 2 from IAOTH. But personally i never ever move points from hunting party/trhill of the hunt.

is not that important how many you shot for a given duration, but the % uptime on any fight. fights can vary from less than 3 min, to more than 10. on a 30 sec CD, it will be a 50% uptime in the best hypotetical case. 28 sec CD means 53.5% uptime, 26 is 57+%. Considering (as i posted above) many times you will be delaying BA, the more points you invest the more is the chance you waste them.
as for the spec you propose, keep in mind the behaviour of every spreadsheet concerning haste: it is always VERY overvaluated. If you sit at 0 haste on your gear, the spreadsheet will valuate it as a very high stat, sometimes ahead of arpen or even crit. Beacause of this, it valuates IAOTH higher.
for my hunter, the point on resourcefulness is a DPS gain over the 3º one on IAOTH, as i have 153 haste form gear (i wish i could get rid of it asap)..

the uptime depends on the duration of the fight also.
with 0/3 resourcefullness
0:00 BA
0:15 BA fades
0:30 BA
0:45 BA fades
1:00 BA
1:15 BA fades
1:30 BA
1:45 BA fades

2:30 BA
2:45 BA fades
3:00 fight ends
if the fight ends at 3:00, its a 50% uptime.
if the fights ends at 2:45 you sill have 6 BA worth time, 90 sec uptime, but it´s average uptime has been increased up to 54%.
So, the lowest the CD on BA, the highest the average uptime can be. But also as said on a post earlier, the more points you invest here the more chances for them to be wasted due to the nature of the SV priority system.
Also, the longer is the fight, the lower the average uptime will be overall. Also there is a lower chance to make those points on resourcefulness wasted. The shorter is the fight, the biggest can be the uptime (imagine a 45 sec fight, it would be a 66% uptime).
