Are they addressing you by name? If not, guaranteed fake.
Are they asking for your username and password? If yes, guaranteed fake.
Are they linking you directly to a log-in page? If yes, guaranteed fake.
Are they linking anything other than
http://www.blizzard.com/ sites? If yes, guaranteed fake.
Are they asking you to go to contact Blizzard Billing and Account Services or log-in to you Battle.net account
without supplying a link? If yes, most likely real.
