dunno but it seems that sublety playstyle will be complex.
keeping up hemo, snd, recuperate (energy regen) and using shadow dance properly will be a nice challenge.
definitely worth to try.

the idea of a viable sub tree that doesn't have 75% of its damage coming from one poorly designed talent gets me hot

I like it that you get a certain freedom in the combat build.
Got some spare points for prefence.
Same for mutilate, but less.
Although you do get all necessary things and 4 free points at the end.
However subtlety is still filled with talents.
I cant get everything i want.

Combat
* Combat Readiness is now trained at level 81. Down from 83.
* Fan of Knives now deals 80% of weapon damage, up from 60%.
* Kick now costs 15 energy, down from 25 energy.
Subtlety
* Redirect is now trained at level 83. Up from 81.
* Cloak of Shadows now increases your chance to resist all spells by 200%, up from 100%.

not talents, but fun anyway....
beta glyph!, summarizing, new glyphs will be learned like spells, and can be switched easily without buying them - need to buy them only the first time. also new UI (go to mmo and you'll see).
known glypsh are these:
* Backstab - Your Backstab critical strikes grant you 5 energy. (Your Backstab increases the duration of your Rupture effect on the target by 2 sec, up to a maximum of 6 additional sec.)
* Blade Flurry - Reduces the penalty to energy generation while Blade Flurry is active by 50%. (Reduces the energy cost of Blade Flurry by 100%.)
* Fan of Knives - Increases the radius of your Fan of Knives ability by 50%. (Increases the damage done by Fan of Knives by 20%.)
* Garrote - Increases the duration of your Garrote ability's silence effect by 2 sec. (Reduces the duration of your Garrote ability by 3 sec and increases the total damage it deals by 20%.)
* Revealing Strike *New* - Increases Revealing Strike's bonus effectiveness to your finishing moves by an additional 10%.
* Gouge - Your Gouge ability no longer requires that the target be facing you. (Reduces the energy cost of Gouge by 15.)
* Hemorrhage - Your Hemorrhage ability also causes the target to bleed, dealing 40% of the direct strike's damage over 24 sec. (Increases the damage bonus against targets afflicted by Hemorrhage by 40%.)
* Killing Spree - Increases the bonus to your damage while Killing Spree is active by an additional 10%. (Reduces the cooldown on Killing Spree by 45 sec.)
* Preparation - Your Preparation ability also instantly resets the cooldown of Kick, Dismantle, and Smoke Bomb. (No longer affects Blade Flurry, but affects Smoke Bomb)
* Sap - Increases the duration of Sap against non-player targets by 80 sec. (Increases the duration of Sap by 20 sec.)
* Sinister Strike - Your Sinister Strikes have a 20% chance to add an additional combo point. (50% proc from critical strikes only)
* Tricks of the Trade - Removes the energy cost of your Tricks of the Trade ability. (The bonus damage and threat redirection granted by your Tricks of the Trade ability lasts an additional 4 sec.)
* Vanish - Increases the duration of your Vanish effect by 2 sec. (Increases your movement speed by 30% while the Vanish effect is active.)
* Vendetta *New* - Increases the duration of your Vendetta ability by 20%.

I like where the Sub tree is going... looks like there'll be a lot of variety between the skills. (might even become PvE viable... I like the new hemo glyph) One thing I'm not so sure about though is the Energetic Recovery talent... I know Sub was always pretty energy starved due to the lack of a regen talent but won't using recupperate be a pretty big DPS loss? Or maybe that talent is planned to be exclusively for PvP and leveling.

Why would it be a dps loss?
Maxed out, this talent will yield a total of 120 energy per 5 point recuperate
since recuperate doesn't stack, and costs 30 energy, this talent will effectively be an extra 90 energy over 30 seconds every 30 seconds as long as recuperate is kept active (with subs cp generation this wouldn't be a problem)
this works out to be an extra 3 energy for every second that you keep recuperate up (30%)
given subtlety's current energy starvation and excessive CP generation, this seems like it will be the perfect trade off and an ingenious solution that could help make sub raiding viable

Subtlety
* Sanguinary Vein is now a 2 Rank talent, down from 3 Ranks. Increases your damage dealt to targets with a Bleed effect on them by 5/10%. (Up from 2/4/6%)
* Energetic Recovery is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 4.
* Initiative is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3.
* Blood Spatter replaced with Find Weakness - Your Ambush, Garrote, and Cheap Shot abilities reveal a flaw in your target's defenses, causing all your attacks to bypass 25/50% of that enemy's armor for 10 sec.
* Enveloping Shadows is now a Tier 4 talent, up from Tier 3.
